I love freeze dried strawberries! They’re super fun and a few moments after you put them in your mouth they get kinda chewy. I had some of my friends try some and they were all very confused 😂🍓

I’ve personally grown two of those more exotic fruits (passion fruit and dragon fruit) here in SoCal - and the dragon fruit are grown all over the place here, mainly because of drought tolerance (they grow on a cactus).
Meanwhile, what’s interesting about the former - _Passiflora edulis_ vines - is that they are some of the few examples of a plant that does double duty both as an attractive ornamental *and* a food crop. If you’ve ever been to the South and seen Maypops growing - picture a flower similar to that but white with a purple center instead of blue, and you have a passion fruit blossom.

Kumquats are actually one of the few lemon/orange citrus fruits that you're supposed to also eat the peel (as it is sweeter than the inside).

you should freez dry lemons and limes and then try to powder them and mix that with water ans sugar and see if that makes leemon/limeade, or use it as a dipping poiwder, and stuff. do this to other fruits and then try to make a smoothie.

When i lived in Jacksonville Florida we had a few kumquat trees in our yard. They're actually not that bad lol. A lot of people where i live now (up north) haven't heard of them though.

Something I tried when I was younger was freezing whipped cream in my freezer. It was tasty. Could you do that with liquid nitrogen? Or try freeze drying whipped cream? (And if you've already done that PLEASE direct me to that video lol)
In Brazil it is pretty common to just cut a passion fruit in half, pour some sugar directly into it and just eating it with a spoon for breakfast. Of course like Nate said the type of passion fruit we have here is a lot bigger so it kinda helps but yeah. I bet you could still do it with these smaller ones too

I put Passion fruit. Though a blender for a few pluses and then strained for juice. The yellow ones grow here in NC.
When you make those lemon slices, try soaking them in honey or sugar syrup before freeze drying them. They'll be sweeter with a better result.
