THE PRIVILEGE is why he "loves" his position there. Did you see him smirk and laugh when they talked about the car stopping for him. He is 1 among millions of snowflakes in Germany, but in Africa his privilege provides him with EXTRA STATUS. Our people are lost in their own lands. STOP GIVING THEM PRIVILEGE AND STATUS IN OUR LANDS!!! 🙏🏾

I met a 21 year old white girl leaving Labadi Beach in 2010 who was from Germany. We went to another beach together. She told me that she'd worked in Ghana at an orphanage for 6 months previously and was back to look for a job that would be able to support because she wanted to move back to Ghana permanently! I couldn't understand why? I explained to her my reasons, Africa being in my DNA etc and escaping America etc. but i couldn't understand why a young white girl from the West would want to move to Ghana. When i asked her why she said, "Because of the intimacy of the environment!" She put into words exactly what I'd felt from my first visit to Ghana in 2023! The kind of intimacy that doesn't allow a stranger to feel lonely. Where everyone fits in and belongs to a community. Unlike in America where many people live lives of quiet desperation, even when they seemly have "it all." Thanks for sharing. P.S. The German girl was only looking to make $150 a month!

@michaelyiran8644 I think Ghana needs to elect better leaders before AAs take Ghana seriously for investing into that country. Why would your Ghanaian government abruptly cancel a panafrican convention that hundreds of Africans traveled far to attend? How can AAs support a country with that kind of leadership, that does not even think enough of its people to support and help them thrive? And if you are urging AAs to invest in Ghana with all the hassles that have been reported, why are you in the US? Why are you not in your home country making a difference? I don't get why so many Africans living in the West talk sooo proud about their African countries but not proud enough to stay and make a difference....but this white European man denounces his home of Germany, and comes to Ghana to make a difference. Ya'll sound very crazy promoting your African countries - while living in the West - but refuse to live in it and make a difference there....SHM?!

@@Anita-sl7iw Ma'am, isn't the topic of the video regarding others moving to Ghana and the discussion mentions leaving the West??? Moreover, I was responding to a comment about Americans investing in Ghana. Hence my relevant comment to the video topic and the afore stated comment from @michaelyiran8644
@michaelyiran8644 - no hatred and jealousy from me at all. No where in either the video or this man's comment was American Democrats/Republicans mentioned. When GOBLACK does a video about US Democrats and Republicans, then I and YOU can comment accordingly. You get it... stick with the topic. You all get so into your feelings when anyone outside of Africa points out anything negative, yet factual, about your countries. Get a grip, and spend that energy on making a change in your respective African country and Africa will be better off. I'm applying that same wisdom where I live...maybe you and others who feel like you should try it too.

He didnt mention teaching he said building
There is a lack of schools in Ghana in rural areas
More schools need to be built many are over crowded
Only 40% of rural children get an education
So if white people in Ghana are willing to invest in building schools whats the problem
If the Government were doing it they wouldnt need to
Youd rather them not have a school than help from white people?
Why arent rich Ghanians doing it
There is an issue with lack of teachers in rural areas but the Government isnt doing enough to address it
They rely a lot on European volunteers which isnt always sufficient or only a short time
They should be organising these things and organising and encouraging Ghanaians to volunteer to help schools that are struggling
Maybe be critical of why they need to step in rather than critisisng the fact they are trying to help

Because it very painful to come across people's who's killing our Africans in overseas and also bad behaviour towards our Africans immigrate.
But after all this inhumane treatment, same people's later they Pretend to follow us on our continent.. Did our leaders on the continent know how our Diasporas feels to see people's moving across our countries...
