I was born in Bosnia but due to the war ended up in the US. Moved back to Bosnia with my husband and 3 children. We are white our kids were born there, yet we were treated differently because of our accent and the way we raise our children and because we actually have family values. The people from the Balkans have a lot in common with people from Africa. We love our family our community and our our people. Yes not the best opportunities in Bosnia, can’t make the same money or have a huge house or the new car but I get to spend every day with my kids and actually focus on them. Sorry for the long comment but I applaud you for the move you made! The west is not always the best
Very Nice Balkan people ,i have a landlord from Croácia ( its my first time living with balcan people ) they Help me só much and show me só much love and humanity( i dont know of other people experiência with then but they really Help me when i was in Extreme need) ...Im África from Guiné Bissau
Bosnia is in the west! Don't throw everybody into the melting pot...and remember your country was at war with own neighboring brothers not so long ago....do not point fingers just be happy for others
I’m from the U.k and Too many rich are buying the properties then renting out at huge amounts. This is causing the cost of living to rise, so both partners have to work long hours. No family time except when they are exhausted. Greed Britain. 🇬🇧
@@chickedee1085 Yes i live in Germany from what i see England is getting worse day by day,you just can keep up with the Basic Bills no matter how much you work ,that full time workers have to go to food bank it sad,the elites are laugthing at the poor man strugling
@@crystalhealing847 When people say West typically they are referring to Western Europe and North America ( Canada and the US excluding Mexico).
I am not of African descent but of Latin American descent and I get everything you are saying. I know a lot of people dream of the UK and life there but it isn't what it is cracked up to be especially if you aren't white. A great video and resonates to everyone who has a homeland to go to, we are the lucky ones!
😊😊😊😊😊😊😊
Even if u caucasian it's so hard in the west go to down town and see number of white homelessness and whites with good jobs in their 40s but share units, 1 bedroom 3 of them sharing etc
@@obidobabue1175 That's correct, the ordinary person in the west and their prosperity is coming to an end as all the money and the opportunities go to the far east but it's more than that, you don't feel truly at home in the UK - even though most people these days are fine - there is a constant narrative that if you're there and you're not white, you should feel grateful and lucky to be there and that you are taking resources from someone who needs it more than you who was born there (even if you were born there yourself) and there are other factors that were touched in the video such as the weather and the climate - it's horrible in the UK and if you are of African or Caribbean descent or even myself who is of Latin American descent - you don't feel comfortable in it. There are good things about it and great people and there are bad things about it and arseholes but all in all - I have never felt at home there and am glad I have the passport of my mother's country so I can make my exit permenantly.
@@billyhughes805 Well said, a lot of what you wrote will have resonated with lots of folks.

Really proud of you guys. Greetings from Jamaica 🇯🇲
Thank you family🙏🏾
I'm jamacian living in USA. I want to get a group of jamacians who want to go to africa, so we could travel there
I understand them. I am white but when I lived in Africa none ever told me "go back to Europe or we do not like white people" I loved staying there and I would like to leave my job, my big house... Everything for Africa. I ❤ Africa. I love the pure air, I love the food... The culture, the music.... Everything
Thank you for your kind words. We African's are indeed welcoming and yes, you're always welcome back
@@Kezeth20 thanks
Stay in Europe. Africa for Africans please.
Pure air? Can't be Ghana youre referring to😄
@skyhigh Ghana is not only about Accra...go to other regions and enjoy nature
❤The time is NOW to build up Africa, one continent❤
Love to see people moving back to the motherland and prioritizing their dignity and well being over $$ and convenience. I think once people live in Africa for a while, they come to realise the scale of the opportunity we actually have. That is actually a very exciting thing to be a part of.
If like you say lots of opportunities in Africa why are all African are living their country for other lands please take a good look all over other counties you will find mostly lots of africans migrant living Africa so sorry to say its not all milk and honey out their in Africa
@@jeanpier5054 Both of you are correct. Most leave because there are not enough job opportunities. There are opportunities to do business but you need to have capital which most lack and the borrowing costs are exorbitant and very limited. The best scenario is go to the West, get some education and save money and go back and take advantage. Some are able to make it without leaving the continent and that is a blessing.
@@jeanpier5054 Yes you are right there's not all milk and honey in Africa" Africans arenot familiar with the REALITY of the west although some people tried to explain why Africa is better including the people who are being interviewed. Africans think of the MONEY that can be made yes if you are very poor in Africa , then money is MORE important that dignity, respect, safety, your children mental health which can be overlooked even if they start lacking motivation, become withdrawn , being bullied ,mistreated, facing discrimination. Africans sees Europe has an escape to prosperity, good infrastructure, education which they think is always quality, although it depends on where they live, finance etc.African here will work many jobs usually at lower wages, the worse jobs because it takes mostly years to achieve success in a foreign nation. An African that is educated, have the financial means leaving for west is a bigger frustration because many will start at the bottom in the west, then noone wants to return back to their homeland being seen as a failure, so many stays mostly quiet of the challenges in the west .The people being interviewed knows they can compare both experiences, and know that trading the west for Africa will save their children mental health , give them pride in self and people, safety ,health from quality food ,be self reliance those are things that matter the MOST to them.
@@jeanpier5054 Non black troll alert
@Jean Pier explains why Mexicans are coming to America. While people with money are going to Mexico. It's not Africa. It's people with no money that has a problem.

I'm sorry you had to go through racism in England. I'm from Birmingham and I'm white, I've been brought up in a mixed community and I could never be racist, my stepmother is African and a jamaican man raised my mother. Its horrible that people are still racist today. I would love to leave this country too its full of hate. God is good and your family is truly blessed 😊
So you think that would change black people mindsets that your not racist because your step mother is African... If your white your racist don't be so naive.. Your not exempt. That's like white people saying I'm not racist because I have black friends... They group us all together. Even if you had bi-racial children still racist as far as they are concerned.
England is one of the most racist place. I work in healthcare, I love people and I just like taking care of the sick, my job is everything to me, I would have it no other ways. My patients even call me black C**T. But I don't care because I am a Black woman but not a C**T🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. I pray a lot so you see prayer is the key., when they call me names I never let it bothers me, I was called old COW, so I just mooed, even the culprit laughed, if we let everything someone says about us and to us, bother us ,we would be so depressed, just turn it into a funny comedy. I even thought of writing a funny book of me mooing. Look we have only got one life to live and only we can make ourselves happy. Don't dwell on things, because it doesn't get us anywhere.
You should leave as well!
There is loads of racism and segregation in issues in Birmingham people are not integrated or tolerant the place is backwards even today people are miserable in Birmingham and West Midlands.
Africa is beautiful, the warm weather, the beaches, the fertile land. I don't understand why people leave their paradise land.
We don't either, as we remain United In the Kingdom
The west especially the UK is not more only white. Its now a mixture of all kids of people from everywhere. The reason people live is for a better life. If these couple want to know why people really leave then they should give away all the pounds they brought and cancel their British citizenship for a Ghanaian one. That's the only way they will understand. I love my country Ghana but only those in authority and the rich are enjoying. They take advantage of the poor and middle class. We all know if u bring in the Pounds and the Dollars life will obviously be good in Ghana and so this couple should at least be grateful to the UK. I'm here in the UK making more than £17,000 monthly as a Quant. This couple should have studied the right couse like cyber security or something in order to make a good income. They could have worked as freelance Software Engineers or cyber security experts and homeschooled their kids. With that they could litterally visit Ghana at least every 3 months with the kinda money they will be making. Believe the should have focused a bit more.on their education to gain more skill before coming. If u're comfortable in the UK and u relocate to Ghana u will be in a much better position to even add more value to Africa when u relocate.
Quite puzzles me as well, WHY Africans would leave the African paradise ❤😅 I have studied and travelled widely in Europe but I have NEVER felt the desire to stay there. I absolutely can't stand the winter cold 😆 I always return home to my lovely Uganda 🇺🇬,Africa ❤
Politicians are wicked and greedy.we lack emphatic leadership.that is why
Because the UK and the west stole everything from them. And intentionally under developed them. People do NOT want to go to cold racist countries trust me

Wow, i love the honesty of these conversations. The parents are chasing dollars but the children are facing all kinds of trauma at school and in the streets. Moving abroad can be a huge sacrifice especilaly for kids who cannot defend themselves. at least adults dont have to put up with nonsense. Kudos to this brother knowing from an early age that he was in hostile territory and this was not his home even though he was born in the UK. The sister and her first child have the same aweful experience. But respect to her, she is resilient and removed her son from that hostile environment.
As Africans we have to be gracious and go out of our way to welcome the black diaspora who chose to relocate to the motherland. Our government employees should be giving priority to the black diaspora. I wish all our airports would have special entry lines for black diaspora so they already know they are super welcome and are returning home indeed.
🙏🏾🖤
Your comment was my favourite among many awesome ideas. They should get preferential treatment and be loved on because they deserve to know that their lives and well-being matter to us. It’s time to treat each other with the grace and respect that we offer to exploitative westerners who have no regard for our wellbeing.
@@anonymousone9699 We are good. You Africans exploitation is worse.

When I say that touched me deeply to hear this. Thank you 💛
You, people, The Kiings, and other diasporans are pioneers. The pioneers to the New World did not have it easy. Some died and were buried, some had to fight off enemies but their generations became strong and built a very powerful nation.
I don't normally comment on people's videos, but I love this interview. Welcome. Trust me, you will find joy in ghana
Kay is so intelligent and articulate. His experiences growing up in a white dominated area is so similar to line! I also had an incident whereby I was verbally abused racially whilst in school and my two “best friends” didn’t speak up for me. They also didn’t want to give a statement. Everything changed from that point. I too will also make the journey back home ❤

I'm glad they came back to their motherland and knew that they weren't welcomed in the first place . It's time for the african diaspora with skills to come and contribute to make africa a developed continent.
Agreed. Africans have been too focused on destroying White nations instead of building strong African nations.
Congratulations on your decision to make your move at such a young age..you are a great role model for young black families. Beautiful! ❤
Thank you so much❤
That's amazing. Yes, break the curse. It's time to go home. This journey is now beginning for your family and many of us. Man, you started World War 3 moving. The Exodus out of Babylon, thank you, for inspiring so many. I had my land there already and preparing the art of the project on the Cape Coast area. Big things AGO GWAAN. BLESSING SHALOM
Being American it’s interesting hearing about the racial abuse in the UK.. the media acts as if it’s non existent
Well it depends where you live if you live in cities it’s less prominent and more multicultural but outside of cities there’s less black people and more racist areas
Both my brothers went out with black girls... and it had to be kept secret because the mother's didn't want their black daughter's dating white men.
My so called best friend, who happened to be black ..was seeing my boyfriend behind my back.
My late brother, only ever dated black girls... his ex partner removed every peace of furniture out of their home while he was out at work... she only worked part time on low wages...she didn't even leave him a kettle.. ran up massive credit card debt, didn't pay the mortgage ( even though my brother gave her the money to pay it while he was working ).. becouse her name was on the mortgage agreement... she was entitled to 50% when the house was sold ... my brother had to pay £10.000 to clear the debts she had pocketed ... she cleaned out the joint bank account, kept several cheques that amounted to £15.000 and tried several times to cash these cheques but couldn't without my brother's signature...on the day he died 😢, he asked to see her... and she asked for the keys to his flat as she wanted the photo albums and gold jewellery that she didn't manage to take when she ransacked his home two year's before.... my brother worked very very hard for his money ... working several jobs... and didn't deserve to be treated so badly.
I have relatives married to black when.. who had several affairs and children over the year's.
Ur not American, ur black. Have u not looked in the mirror?
It is really is there! I was born and bread in London the melting pot of the UK but 95% of the racism i have experienced has been in London!
See what the royal family did to Meghan and they keep denying it.racism is much in UK
Wow well done to this wonderful family. I definitely could resonate with everything you said as to why you left the UK. Wishing you all the best ❤❤
In my kindergarden a little boy aged four, called an African boy in his group "monkey" one time, but we didn't react because we knew he had no whatsoever rasistic-thoughts about colour, he just said it once. We watched him closely after that to see if he said it again another time, in that case we had talked to him and made it clear to him that it is NOT nice to call anyone that. But he never said it again, so we were glad we didn't make a huge thing about it and THEN he might have started calling him monkey every time he was angry at him. Sometimes it is much better to NOT react, because a child might just look for a reaction and by not getting it the child most likely doesn't say it again. This particular child is a good friend of the African boy and plays with him daily. I'm glad we didn't destroy their friendship by making the boys aware that there was acolour-difference between them that either one could call the other names about.
I’m black lived in a black community they can be mean as well. The real issue is sin. Thank you Jesus for delivering
There is always that one taking us back wen we are trying to move our ppl forward, we are leaving u behind this time no time to gate keepers
She's talking about racism idiot anyone can be mean. They not talking about what your talking about. The children said because he's not white which means that child is being taught to not play with black children because of the skin color. So stop talking about black people are mean, your mean for putting us in this.
Keep waiting. No problem with that, but please don't discourage others.

How come you all look so young, so when did you have that daughter. You are so blessed, May God keep you all safe as you keep on your journey. God bless you all.
Rose coloured glasses. That's all I can say. Folks take the time to get to know the Continent and what it's like to live there. In a few years we'll get their true perspective. For now it's exciting but it take a long long time before nature balances things out. My mum's been living in St Lucia for 40 years and the communication and expectation from local people has not changed. You got it and we want you to give it to us. I been to Ghana twice and decided not to live there because I was single and knew I did not have protection from a community. The main thing I disliked is that I always feared natural interaction with people because everyone is looking for a payday from, not another black person but a foreigner.
That's your experience...
true
It depends on your expectations and also you are not obligated to always give or assist. You have to do it out of the kindness of your heart. I am sorry you did not feel protected. I am from Zimbabwe and when i went home a few months ago I was so happy and glad to see billboards all over the country saying NO to violence against women and domestic abuse. It was never a big issue but now they have put the laws in place to make sure women are always protected. As men we should always make sure our women are safe all the time.
Thanks someone with a clear mind❤
There's need to change your mindset first. Africa requires a different mindset from what you've lived with in the western world.
God bless and protect this beautiful family.

You can start Farming and sell your produce to the city.
Also with your "race" you are home and can blend easily with the locals...
Keep the locals near and make friends to adjust faster (don't isolate yourself)
Wishing you all the best....also use your exposure from Europe to bring development and change where you are living.
Congratulations and Wishing you all the best

Everyone belongs somewhere and to live with space and resources around them. I'm sorry for your experiences living in London. I love this Visionary empowerment in embracing the life you want whilst correcting the sense of displacement and returning to the ancient place of Ancestors. Happy exploring Africa and your home of Ghana. May this bring you a deep sense of Peace.

Hello King family. I really enjoyed your interview, with Webnation Africa. U have a beautiful family. I liked hearing about your journey, from the UK to Ghana. I don’t hear of too many success stories on dating sites. I am glad you two found each other, and give The Most High praises for allowing you to meet. I ❤ when your dad said; if we stand together as one, we are the Super Power. I agree wholeheartedly. Thanks for sharing your stories with us. P. S…. Mr. King Sr. your daughter is splitting image of you. Keep the videos coming. ❤ you all.
