We had 2 weeks in this suite and it was AMAZING!! I appreciate everyone’s experience is different but we didn’t smell smoke once and spent loads of time on the balcony and a quick chat with DJ Phil in the live lounge and the base was turned down so no noise at all. The butler service is lovely and the daily canopies a real treat and they are amazing getting you into restaurants and even arranged a brilliant pizza party for a 16th birthday on that wonderful balcony .. We felt like the luckiest people on the ship and wouldn’t hesitate to book again 😊
The suite experience is wonderful! We do love the extra care and attention you get. - especially on special occasions - sounds like your butler really looked after you. Plus it's really good that you didn't smell smoke, unfortunately we weren't so lucky as even the staff were using it as smoking area too. I find it strange that they designate a smoking area so close to the suites 🤦♀️
It’s a lovely sized suite with fantastic views from the balcony. It definitely has its drawbacks but it’s good to know for anyone considering booking this suite.
The views were amazing. Got to love a wraparound balcony. The downsides didn't spoil our cruise, but as you say - it's worth knowing before you book, just to manage expectations.
Thanks for this (and saving us booking an aft suite due to being above the smoking area) would hate the smell and potential noise into early hours of people smoking there
