    How do you think Dire would compare to Vipers/Rabid? I'm only asking because I already have a set of Morbach's.

    I'm having tons of fun with this build! And for a condi build it's still very fast at bursting down normal monsters. Solo'd a bounty with absolute ease too, this really has the best of both worlds. Really excited for your other builds!

    Would going for Carrion statsbe good for survivability as the vitality also increases your condition damage through Power of the virtuous?

    Please do Mechanist Open World build next. :)

    I read through your guide. i was confused in the budget gear option for the armor. You write to replace Sinister with Carrion, but wouldn't Koss exotic be the budget version Ascended Sinister?

      The prefix on Koss' armor is rampager, which has high precision and smaller condition damage and power.
      Sinister has high condition damage and lower precision and power.
      It will not make a large difference, but the higher condition damage matters more than the precision gained from rampager.

    How well would this work in full Cele? Guessing it wouldn't be bad.

    • @MaselMMO
      @MaselMMO  Год назад +1

      It works, but it is actually overkill in terms of condition duration. The healing from this build scales heavily with damage dealt, and cele does not deal as much damage as rabid + vipers
      That's why I don't really recommend cele (at least not full cele).

      @@MaselMMO thanks that makes sense, I did try it out in Cele and it didn't feel very good. I'll grab some vipers from the new WvW vendor and try that out.

    Isn’t power dps typically better for open world or no?

    • @papajek12
      @papajek12 Год назад +3

      It really depends. For easy mobs/veteran mobs - basically mobs that die in 1-2 hits just go for power but, for champions, boss type mobs it is usually easier and better to go condi but both are absolute good and really depends on class and your build

      @@papajek12 but even for champs why wouldn’t power also just be better lol?

    • @MaselMMO

      @@MoGaiinz power has more burst damage, but has zero damage once you stop attacking and thus a harder time sustaining damage.
      Condition builds have better ranged options and maintain damage even when going into defense, since conditions keep ticking.
      And condition willbender is a very good Mix between both, as it has a good share of power damage and applies most of its damage through burning, the condition with the highest damage coefficient and shorter duration.
      Condi willbender has a really fast damage ramp-up, as you can see in the corresponding dps rotation video

      @@MoGaiinz Try to solo bounties and legendary bounties with power builds (outside Bladesworn) and tell me how it goes... Also, some condi and even celestial builds are not only tanky but extremely fast at killing. Celestial Mirage stacks over 75 conditions + 25 stacks of vulnerability in a finger snap.
