    How did you get a 215/65 under the car with no modification. I'm running a 215/60. I've tried a 65 but it won't go under the strut. What all did you do to the front

    yo my dood. Do you think if you put like, 2 inch wheel spacers, even larger wheels would have cleared the struts??

    • @projectjwoo
      @projectjwoo  Год назад

      The wheel n tire combo works but yes spacers even less would.

    My strut is just as close as yours is to the tire, but it rubs on it and wears away that part of the tire, how do i fix that? I got 215/55/17 tires

    Just curious and. I'm not sure if you'll be able to answer this for me or not? I've got a 2008 HHR and I'd live to put a set of 4 chrome old skool lookin' Cragar 5 spoke rims on it. The kind that were were popular back in the '70's. When I was growing up. Do you know if they still make those kinda rims that would fit on my HHR without having to us all sorts of custom adapters to for the hubs and all that kinda stuff? Please fill me in on any knowledge you might be able to share with me. THANKS!

    • @projectjwoo
      @projectjwoo  2 года назад

      Yesi can, So your hhr Lug padern sorta is tuff i believe of top my head its 5x110 (google search can fix) but if you need more options some model Cobalt that uses the same hub/barring bot on fitment i belive are 5x100 or 4x100. You can swap them to make a multi change wheel how ever keep searching but this is a not so hard modification for some major wheel choices but if you found some wheels keep em and have a off season set of normies..

    • @shiftygrandpa
      @shiftygrandpa 3 года назад +6

      You can lift the HHR at least 4 inches without a body lift. I'm at 4 inches of lift by swapping the front struts, rear springs, and using larger tires. Axles are still within spec so they are not overly stressed. My HHR drives like a regular car and can go on the trails.

    Hate the music. Can't hear what you're saying.

    • @projectjwoo
      @projectjwoo  2 года назад

      We are a one man operation how ever the music ad times gets messy. I have been using mics more and adjusting the edits. being that i dont get paid and its a learn as it goes. Improvements are going slow. Thanks for posting though it reminds me to keep that in mind on edits. I believe for my HHR edits we are going to non music on vlog part. just because my hhr watch base its a older group. new hhr content soon!
