i mean, toby doesn’t make the music ingame, and they’re stored as mp3s or oggs exported from FL so, maybe the sound fonts, plugins, etc he uses for drums are stored in the exported file, that is imported to the game

Nope! In fact, they're even more intelligible if you change the import method. Import the data file into Audacity (you could probably use other software but I used that) as raw data. Set the sampling rate to 45000Hz, and set the encoding to Signed 32-bit. I set the number of channels to 2 (but it will still work if you use 1). Sounds begin at 1 min 34 secs with these settings, and are best to listen to at a playback speed of 0.25x. The entire Cyber Battle music can be heard, along with Jevil, Spamton and Queen plus a myriad of other sound effects!
