Thanks! I haven't heard of this pedal. Honestly Pigronix left a bad taste in my mouth when they dropped support for the echolution 2 software. I couldn't believe it. It wasn't even a jump from intel to M1.
I never see anybody demo the clean blend. The Space Echo glued that together in a nice way. I've seen a demo with a delay in the effects loop. Might be interesting to see a reverb in there. Do you know if the effects loop is pre or post fuzz?
Thanks for your input! I want to make a video putting other effects in the effects loop. The insert is pre attack envelope and fuzz. I think it goes Input -insert-attack decay-fuzz output I love experimenting with this pedal.
How would the Ehx attack decay be for emulating an ebow to do songs like Heroes, Love Hurts, With or Without You, Since You're Gone? I was looking at the Digitech Freqout too but heard that the note cuts off. I can't justify $100 on an ebow when it only does one thing. I know natural feedback was used on Love Hurts & Heroes but it's not realistic to do at bedroom volume.
It would work great! I used to use the ehx pog2 for that kind of sound coupled with reverb or delay. The attack decay is very capable if not better in my opinion. You get a lot of control plus polyphonic is mind blowing when adding more than one note.
@@RPMusicStudios Thanks for the reply & info! I much appreciate it. I know JHS said the same but I couldn't find any videos that demo'ed it. I much rather to able to use different strings at once & have the ability for different sounds. And at $156.99 it's def a no brainer with your info!
@@RPMusicStudios Yes! I bought it yesterday and compared it with my Russian Big Muff... Man, the Muff inside the Atack Decay must be one of the best out there
The fuzz alone is epic and unique. It almost makes the big muff sound polite.
Facts!
You sold me on the attack decay! great job on showing all the different functions of it and pairing it with a fuzz and delay/echo.
It’s one of my favorite pedals of all time! You’ll have fun creating with it for sure!
Well Jimi Corgan, lol, that is a masterful demo of a pedal I would be hard-pressed to ever give up from my board.
Thank you! Despite all my rage I’m still using attack decay!
bravo
The Pigtronix Groamer is also polyphonic, but its twice the price.

Thanks. How do you think the AD compares to Malekko's SneakAttack?
I haven’t tried that pedal. Maybe I’ll do a comparison.
fantastic, thank you so much!
Glad it was helpful!
Nice!
Now also try this with a bass , you can play cello ….
Dinosaur Jr. haven’t heard that pedal mentioned in a long time
I wonder if you added a little reverb if the attack decay + the echo would sound like the intro to Starla
Possibly especially if you use the mix knob.
I think it has a Big Muff Pro Amp built in
Whatever it is I love it
