I've been watching lots of house tours in Texas and one thing I noticed of disadvantage to buyers of these million dollar homes is the quality of the toilets all builders are using - those petite toilet hardwares are sooo darn CHEAP not worthy of the millions you'd invest on such gorgeous homes - it just doesn't balance the scale of luxury of such homes. For one, they accumulate dirt and dust at the bottom settling on the crevices which is hard to clean making that sleek-looking bathroom filthy and unattractive in time...then its texture won't stand the wear (and tear) of using it unlike a branded kind of fixture like Kohl's. That cheap toilet fixture is only used in low-cost apartments. If I have the money to buy this, I will request the owner/builder to change all toilet fixtures with wall-mount elongated toilet seats hanging above floor tiles - that completes the aesthetics of a million dollar home...just saying....I hope builders won't practice unnecessary frugality in something so essential in the longevity of a house.
@cristinafinn2732 how can you tell from the videos if the toilets are good or bad? take this video you are commenting in, is it a good one? are you saying you like floating toilet seats?
@@HINNS08 I've lived in two apartments in many years and those kind of toilets are exactly what they install...second, my experience cleaning the base is kind of laborious - it has corners that filtered dirt and grimes plus you don't wanna be kissing the sides of the bowl when getting the dirt out...floating is a lot better for aesthetics and cleaning the floor under.

This is Good catch for inventory homes, however for build opportunity I hope they might have luxury toilet option of double cost.
