@@phyllisreeves3582the defense doesn’t need to prove who did it, the prosecution does. The defense only has to prove that there is reasonable double to say that she did it for sure. You don’t need to solve a murder to be proven innocent of that murder. It helps if you can, but it’s not their job to do so.

How could they 'stage' the murder scene and know exactly' where to put the body etc.? They have raised almost 300k for her defense team yet yesterday her attorneys were complaining 21k was to much to pay for an expert witness to determine dna found at the crime scene.
Well it’s been 2 years and now the prosecutor is throwing on some new bs. It’s not the defenses job to solve the crime. They have to pay other experts expenses and her legal defense will be well over what has been donated.
She's innocent. No proof she hit her boyfriend besides pcs of the taillight found by the body but it was all planted. The boyfriend was never hit by the vehicle. The plow guy said he never saw a body. It was a setup. Nothing was captured on the camera except Karen backing up into another vehicle. Anyone who says otherwise is smoking something really good. The fact that there were wounds from an animal attack then the Alberts "rehomed" their German Shepard Chloe soon after is not coincidence. The Alberts redoing their basement then selling their house for way under market value is not coincidence either. The biggest factor is that the investigators are being investigated by the feds. Something is not right here and we are gonna find out what it is. Karen Reid is innocent. John O'Keefe knew something or saw something he wasn't supposed to and they got rid of him.

Imagine being accused of killing someone when all the evidence proves someone else did it and all the evidence the Commonwealth wants to present against you has been mishandled, withheld for two years, and hearsay. For over a year she was facing this alone until an investigative journalist did what the media was afraid to do and went up against the institution to expose the frame job and corruption. Now it has gotten national attention and she has gotten overwhelming support she rightfully deserves. I’m glad she’s holding her head up high and smiling, she has God and the truth on her side. We can’t begin to understand what Karen has been through and is still going through.

Definitely a couple sketchy things throughout the investigation but I know there's a boatload of information that will come out in trial that we haven't seen. And Karen certainly said some sketchy things to witnesses, like the niece that lived with them, the night of the incident. I think intent may be the one thing that could be difficult to prove but I'm sure we're in for some surprises next week. No doubt! I used to work with the DA in charge of the case, (Morrissey) when he was running for the position. He's a very straight shooter but I certainly think it would have been best to avoid addressing the case with the public statement! That seems to have factored into the federal authorities looking into the situation. Should be a very captivating trial! I think the jury will sniff out the situation and make the right call.

If you show someone a normal photograph and tell them it’s of a killer they will tell you all kinds of things about how you can “tell” because of their cold eyes or something, but people will say things like this even when they’re being lied to and the person in the picture is just a normal random guy. Human beings lean towards this kind of bias and it’s not at all as valid as most treat it. In fact it’s almost entirely nonsense.

Miu was acquitted of the most serious charges, so it could have been worse. I didn’t think Miu should have been charged to begin with, but the lesser charges he was convicted on at least make sense. Essentially the court said Miu overreacted.

Um actually, Karen was not jealous about texting "another woman". The "other woman" was actually Jennifer McCabe, the one who Googled "Hos long to die in cold" at 2:27am that tragic night. Jennifer is a married woman who's husband was also there that tragic night. Officer Okeefe and Karen both were invited, however Karen did not know those people that well and instead wanted to just go home. Officer Okeefe exited the vehicle and entered the Albert home. He was supposed to text/call Karen to let her know he was inside and all set but after over 10 minutes of waiting out front, Karen went home. She was upset he did not let her know he was all set. THESE are facts.

For over a year she was facing this alone until an investigative journalist did what the media was afraid to do and went up against the institution to expose the frame job and corruption. Now it has gotten national attention and she has gotten overwhelming support she rightfully deserves.

Definitely a couple sketchy things throughout the investigation but I know there's a boatload of information that will come out in trial that we haven't seen. And Karen certainly said some sketchy things to witnesses, like the niece that lived with them, the night of the incident. I think intent may be the one thing that could be difficult to prove but I'm sure we're in for some surprises next week. No doubt! I used to work with the DA in charge of the case, (Morrissey) when he was running for the position. He's a very straight shooter but I certainly think it would have been best to avoid addressing the case with the public statement! That seems to have factored into the federal authorities looking into the situation. Should be a very captivating trial! I think the jury will sniff out the situation and make the right call.

Officer Okeefe and Karen both were invited, however Karen did not know those people that well and instead wanted to just go home. Officer Okeefe exited the vehicle and entered the Albert home. He was supposed to text/call Karen to let her know he was inside and all set but after over 10 minutes of waiting out front, Karen went home. She was upset he did not let her know he was all set. Due to this investigation is one part. They did a reconstruction and investigation and the lead investigator lied about relationship with people at the house. There was an investigation year prior that also has question marks and overlaps.
