the issue with Uniqlo at least in Japan is that there sizing is made for shorter people. Not sure if they have different sizing in Europe or US. But here anything long sleeve from uniqlo is unwearable if you are more than 190cm in reach.

The shirts fit super wonky. The previous shirt versions retained their shape and had a very minimal shrink under harsher wash and dry cycles. On a positive note, one cool thing about these shirts is the bottom hem slit on the sides. This helps the shirt easier to move with and stops it from riding up while wearing it under layers.
I am 5'7 and I always buy M on my airism shirts. They fit perfectly after shrinkin a little. I dont know if M in Asia is the same as M in western stores tho
