U.S Federal Meme Agency there are plenty of feminine cis guys out there with a way more feminine attitude than this guy. Look at James Charles for one. Anyway feminine does not equal female and masculine does not equal male. There are cis tomboys and cis femme men out there. It’s just that trans men and women get called out for being too femme/masc as though it makes them less of a man or woman. It doesn’t, and that rule applies to cis men and women too. Personality and gender are separate.
