? The U.S. and Great Britain put Israel on the map for its own purposes of global expansion and domination. You are doing a disservice with a comment like this. The individual are horrible, make no mistake about it, but the problem is not "bad actors" as our news media has been conditioning us to think. The problem is us. It is the system. It is the way we think. It is our selfishness and ignorance. We need structural change in the system so that the general public would have a real voice in government and be able to directly compete with and challenge corporate-state powere that. Corporations have their own democratic system through corporate lobbyists and their close relationship with government. The only way to off-set that power would be through the establishment of an online, public, democratic platform that would allow the general population to mobilize politically and to weild real collective, democratic power upon our government.

I disagree...most individuals who are dual nationals have a capacity to respect and see the perspective of multiple cultures. Then in 2021 he was called on to resign over the United States' botched withdrawal from Afghanistan. Then Ukraine and now Gaza.

I watched two interviews of USAID Administrator Samantha Power (26 Sept) on Blinken’s lie. Power deftly avoided answering the question and the interviewers never returned to it for an answer. One of them was Andrea Mitchell of NBC. My guess is the circles she moves in the Washington beltway Mitchell wants access. Disappointing.

That all seems right, but somehow it also sounds naive, sorry. The US does not follow the principles of international law by any means and in fact it withdrew from the ratification of international criminal prosecution at the very moment when it became itself a target (Nicaragua). It even began to actively impose sanctions against the ICC and it's prosecutors. The US takes a similar approach with whistleblowers who expose American war crimes, such as Snowden or Assange... No US government is committed to international or humanistic rights and values exept of where it can accuse others of breaking them (again with exaption to it's own proxies). The majority of all wars in clear breach of international law since 45 were started by the USA. Under the peace prize winner Obama, 2500 people worldwide have been murdered with drones, without proceedings or a legally valid judgement. The majority in full violation of international law and also violating the sovereignty of the states in which they took place. If this were to happen on American soil - no matter how good the reasons or by whom - it would be called an act of terrorism. Obama wanted to close Guantanamo but he didn't - it was too useful to maintain a concentration camp outside even US jurisdiction. There is not and never was a real commitment.
