So what is the best way to ship a car that is inoperable. It does not roll. it is stuck in Park (P) and cannot be put in Neutral (N). Last wrench in the pot is that it is 4 wheel drive.

Disconnect the driveshafts, if the bolts aren't frozen. At least then it can be pushed or winched onto the trailer.
