    Nice kit. The Type 23, like its larger counterpart the Type 21, was too little too late to make a difference, but nonetheless carried out the last attack of the war, just hours before the surrender. But just imagine if the hydrogen peroxide engine had been successful and implemented in the 21 and 23 (Germany did actually have a working prototype, the Type 18 Uboat, but the technology was too advanced for the time. In the fictional novel Storm Force From Navarone, Germany is successful with the hydrogen peroxide engine, and has launched Project Werewolf, two Uboats that are equipped with said engines).
