My dude, I love the content and I love how you’re so ruthless towards people who actually need a reality check, but the one thing this episode really bugged me was the state of your fiddle leaf fig in the back. Lol that baby needs some loving.
Hard to listen to someone who thinks it’s okay to abandon her daughter and live in a van. Props to Caleb for not kicking her out 15 minutes into the interview.
Facts I have a daughter and I could never imagine doing something like that. I’m sitting here with my daughter watching king fu panda and were laughing and just having a good time
She is trash. I usually don’t judge people on this show who are in need and are coming on here by their own volition, but I seriously don’t think she’s a good person
She can't even take care of herself. If she's living in her car WITH her daughter (I haven't gotten to the daughter part yet) then CPS needs to be called, FOR REAL.
yeah looks like she just lays somewhere with her mouth open, hoping for something dumb enough to fly into it. Winged supersized coke bottles or something...
I'm 24. I'm struggling. I was addicted to things for a while, gathered a ton of debt. Sober now and paying it off and saving money in a hysa. Sometimes I feel so far behind and hopeless. Then I see these episodes.😂 Thanks Caleb. So glad I found your channel.
Well done to you! please understand that you are nowhere NEAR hopeless - you are so young and have so much time ahead of you, plus you've turned things around brilliantly and are on a really good path to a great life. keep at it and congratulations on beating addiction and working on your debt! everything you've overcome is a testament to how much you've learned and how strong you are, meaning you'll be prepared for any unexpected bumps in the road and will make it through okay no matter what. you're awesome, keep it up!
@@projectjupiter5523 You have no idea how motivating it is to hear stuff like this sometimes. I've definitely made many mistakes that I can never retract, but I refuse to give up. We'll all make it one day. Thank you for the love and positivity!
Ay bro! I'm 25 also had an addiction problem, got clean, but then made my debt problem lol. I'm now putting money in a hysa too and paid off my old collections. We got this man! And yea, definitely doesn't hurt seeing how much worse it could really be 😂
I wouldn't necessarily call it laziness. I wake up about 5:30 for work and sometimes it's really tempting to just close my eyes and sleep a little more but that's less from laziness and more from not being a morning person and forcing myself into that box for work. I haven't gotten to that part of the interview yet though. But not wanting to go to work and being lazy are two things. It's only lazy if you act on it.
To be fair, I can understand that kind of anxiety. I would experience something similar when waking up for work, but I didn't quit after 2 weeks because of it lol.
She is the product of the “everyone gets a trophy” age. People need to learn they have to work for things they want in life and when you give them something for nothing, they begin to expect it.
I’m guessing they wouldn’t let her register a car in a different state because she doesn’t have insurance on it and most states require some form of coverage especially if the car is financed. Just the reoccurring theme of her not having insurance makes me speculate. 🤔
@@ElinWinblad I’m guessing money of course. I’m sure she tells her self as long as I don’t get into an accident it won’t matter. But with her track record of accidents and being pulled over. It’s just her delusions
Dead on, you need insurance in Texas and you need to pass a vehicle inspection. You also need a Texas license if it’s in your name which I’m 80% she probably doesn’t have.
Honestly, I just had to pause the video when I heard about her kid. As a soon to be father I could not imagine having a child and NOT taking care of them or seeing them because of my own choices! THAT should be enough motivation for you to get a real job, get a place and provide for your kid!
This is the first episode to bring me to tears. I could not imagine having a child and not prioritizing their wellbeing and stability over my selfish travel wants. Just so SO frustrating and upsetting to watch.
"I can't take care of a man-child," she says while being homeless and taking money from him monthly while having a warrant. I don't think he's the child here.

Yeah that was a choice, lol...especially when her fit is super casual. And she's homeless. With $90 in collections. But she saves money to buy alcohol every week.
Right lmfao mistakes are going to school for one thing and then changing your mind halfway through, not fleeing the fucking state to avoid prison and abandoning your daughter
"My mom thinks I'm not mature enough to take care of my own child because she's on the spectrum" which is then followed up eventually by "Oh I don't believe in taking medications and I don't think therapy actually helps". Her mom is correct, from an autistic adult's perspective, she is NOT fit to care for an autistic child
She just came as a "job interview". The "I want to work in Austin" and "I want to work with cameras". Yeah, I think she somehow thought youd offer her a job or give her money.
She probably saw the episode where Caleb bought the one guy some supplies and wanted to get in on it. Props to Caleb for being able to see the difference between someone looking for handouts and someone who actually needs help
"my daughter is in the spectrum, and my mom doesnt trust me" yeah, cause your daughter needs structure & specialists. You're moving from place to place and have no money; so no shit your mom doesn't trust you
She said even when she was making enough to take care of her child her mom didn't let her. So we shouldn't be so quick to judge her, we don't know what's going on in her life.
@@radius4914 i very highly doubt her mother’s distrust is primarily due to lack of funds. this woman is selfish, irresponsible, and completely unrepentant. not to mention she says she doesn’t want stable shelter that could comfortably house her daughter. and especially not to mention she’s a full blown felon evading a warrant!
@@radius4914 Don't be so quick to support her either, some people don't deserve the benefit of the doubt. If anything the fact she had the money but wasn't willing to spend it on rent shows that she is not responsible or mature enough to care for a disabled child.

Why do I feel like “her stuff” is like weird Halloween candles, cheap dragon figurines, seance crystals, bits of string to make bracelets and half eaten bags of chips?
Ya, self medicating is way more common than people realize. I had a psychology class back in college. The professor used to work in a hospital. He told me that most people that abuse cocaine have undiagnosed ADHD and are self medicating. That statement has stuck with me forever. So many drug abusers are in desperate need of real medical care but either refuse to get it, or can't get it for some reason.
@@mattbenz99 Its honestly really hard to get you have to see a doctor for most meds and visits are expensive. Same with the medication, some meds start at $250+/mo.
That really bummed me out too. And then she's talking poorly about her mom, when it seems the mom is the only thing keeping her daughter out of the system.
I’m getting the feeling this person does not want help and is taking nothing seriously at all. Just another welfare recipient on the books for the taxpayers….
The messed up part about this is that 2 months of jail would be the favorable option for her. 2 months of a roof over her head, 3 meals a day, free showers, free clothes, and at the end of it she gets to move back to Kansas
THIS may be her best cost effective way to live 🤗 Maybe by her network of followers she can transfer to Kansas jail so she can look at the lanskapes through bars.
Caleb!! Something I’ve noticed is that people tend to just say “yes” when they don’t understand. I think you should start asking them to repeat the logic back to you in their own words. This will allow them to make sense of it on their own terms and make it more real and tangible, rather than letting them get away with it by just being agreeable!
That's such a good point! I have the same thing at work, where I'll ask someone a complicated tech question, and they respond back yes before they could have possibly checked, and that usually means I have to reword my question so it's not a yes/no question.
imagine shaming your mom, who is actively taking care and raising your child while you aimlessly drive around the country begging for money with no aim or purpose in your life, and then being upset because your mom thinks "You can't take care of your child" ... 0 self awareness, 0 sense of responsibility, 0 ability to take accountability for her actions

This! She was "hinting" at how she wants to work in Austin, how she does video and photography, it felt too obvious, yet her whole attitude is not going to help get her ANY jobs
This episode really shows me that having a stable job IS good for anxiety. It's not just paychecks, it's seeing the same people every day, having the same responsibilities everyday, going to the same place everyday. Even though career progression takes work, risks and projects, it's just so much MORE reliable and consistent to just go to work rather than bump around in a car from debt to debt and substance to substance
My sister works in tourism, sees all kinds of different people, her hours are crazy and very dependent on season and the tourism sector in Spain is absolutely precarious with very short term contracts. I work in tech and as you said, work the same hours every week, see the same people, know what to expect from my responsibilities, i am a permanent employee etc… and i can’t put in words how much inner peace and mental stability having a decent stable job can bring you in general. My anxiety is at an all time low, and when i compare it to my sister’s, i kinda guess why she’s so stressed and sensitive all the time, she simply doesn’t know what to expect nor can plan for anything
I was doing good, felt good and liked my job, got laid off and was unemployed for about a month. I started having so much anxiety but wasn’t really thinking about anything specific just in general. Then I got a new job that’s great 10x better than my old one and after the first couple days I felt great again. It’s crazy how your mind works.
Eh, swings and roundabouts. My 9-5 is horrid for my anxiety. Its too samey that my body finds things to be worried about. I'd much prefer something a bit more irregular that I really believe in that has real things to focus on. I could do something a little more stressful That said, unemployment is not the vibe for anxiety. Having some structure is good, even if it's not consistent.

AND has the audacity to say her mom doesn't trust her! Of course, the mom doesn't trust her with her own child. She has a proven track record of unreliability.
Her choices may have led her to homelessness, but not buying makeup will not take her out of it. From the dollar store and Five Below, she can buy a full face worth of makeup products plus the eyelashes for likely less than $15.
If she won't stop smoking weed, she can't get a CDL to drive. You're not allowed to use ANYTHING other than alcohol (and obviously not while driving) with a CDL. My best friend's husband has one. I smoke for chronic pain, and was talking to him about getting a CDL to drive buses locally, but he told me it's either the CDL or weed. Doesn't matter if you're not driving when you're using, you can't have it in your system at ALL. So she'd have to stop smoking, and while it would probably be BEST for her to give it up, get a CDL and be a trucker, she might not be willing to make the sacrifice.
That kid should be a ward of the state and put into a foster home, preferably with a family that has their own biological kids and a knowledge of how to properly take care of a kid. I actually love both for different reasons. The actual audits are informative, and can help people recognize their own financial patterns/pitfalls. When it comes to episodes like this one, that is so outside of my personal experiences, I watch it almost sociologically. It shows a way of life within my own society that I have never seen or experienced. It has been one of the most eye-opening things I have ever watched.
Yeah I prefer videos that are more informative. I hope this channel doesn't devolve into Jerry Springer "freakshow" guests who are here just to be a trash fire spectacle
This drives to the reasoning of why the finances are bad which gets to addictions, personality traits, and upbringing. What is boring is to see working people making $50k plus a year not paying bills because they buy Starbucks everyday getting audited....
She refuses to work, sponges off random people and apparently gorges on a mixture of fast food, pot, and alcohol, dodges warrants from multiple states, and lives on the road in her deathtrap of a car. The guy who invested in crypto based on astrology was really unlikable and Caleb abruptly ended the show because the guy was just trying to plug stuff and get some clout
I was thinking the same thing. This episode was seriously infuriating for her child. Who would have their child raised by someone they think is toxic and a bad person. I feel so bad for her child.
She didn't show up to court because she didn't want to face the consequences for her actions. She drove down to Texas... I have zero reason to believe she has a valid driver's license. *When* she gets pulled over again, it's going to get worse. 🤦♀️

I have someone I should introduce you to! You'll love them. 4 kids by "2" guys (though 1 of the kids is clearly mixed race and the "parents" are all pretty clearly majority a single race), drugs, violence, dead beat losers, laughs at the idea that getting out of crippling debt is possible, job jumping, blames everyone else for their issues, insists sites like "OF" are where generous rich guys pay struggling women out of the kindness of their hearts with the pictures and services being a goofy little side note that aren't used for any explicit purpose whatsoever, having passed out unconscious on her baby and literally having been brought back to life weren't enough of a wake up call to change things. Oh, and they have lied to, stolen from, and generally screwed over literally everyone who has tried to help before blaming them for "ruining her life" if they stop. Shall I go on? Hmm, I should recommend she go on this show. That'd be an insane episode.
Holy shit my heart broke when I found out she's a mom. Like none of her ambitions ever mentioned her daughter. God, that poor kid. Not only does she have bad influences, but I can't imagine she'll grow up without abandonment issues. Also, she says her mom is a terrible person... like why the fuck are you letting thus "terrible person" raise YOUR kid!? Jfc
The whole interview and she never mentioned her child or wanting to turn her life around for the benefit of her child. It was all about her and what she likes and wants. She doesn't deserve to be a mother, the poor child
I used to be homeless. Was kicked out on the streets by my mom and she took everything but the clothes on my back. I was lucky that the rest I attempted to leave was due to me lining up a new place with a friend, but I had a few months until it happened. I remember screaming, sobbing, shaking, being unable to sleep. I still went to work. I still fucking went to my shitty factory job because it was all I had and I needed it. Even though I suffer from a lot of mental and neurological issues, I knew this is what I had to do or I had to admit I needed assisted living. I now work salary. I am currently waiting for my plane to go on a business trip to Houston. Committment is hard but it is worth it if it is for you. Don't give up if you truly want change. Things change around. Doing your best doesn't guarantee opportunities, but it means you'll be ready when it comes. Watching this is so heartbreaking because her child needed her and she wasn't. There. As someone with autism, I just couldn't imagine. This isn't normal to think -- it is leniency, lack of real-life connection, and lack of consequences. Mental health or not, they should go to jail because she will learn that mistake and hopefully move from there.

Honestly, she needs to sit in jail for a few months. She is perfectly comfortable doing nothing, abandoning her child to a mother that she says is “toxic”. The poor child. This gal is selfish beyond belief. People need to stop giving her money. I have no sympathy for people that are too selfish not to get car insurance, as my children and I drive on those same roads. Sickening.
The time spent in jail detoxing from drug use, even something as supposedly mild as marijuana, will definitely be enough to give her the wake-up call. She is living in a high haze.
It would be a decent culture shock as well. There’s a stack of things in jail people have to do because they have to, no explanation, not always even a reason. Do it right now or you’re going to the hole end of discussion. Coming out of that it might be easier for her to say “boy I am so glad to be back in charge of my own life. I can now set what I have to do and I know I can do it.”
Literally. When she described "I'll get a job, and then some day I'll wake up and not feel like going in and it stresses me out" WELCOME TO BEING A HUMAN
The problem I have with many of these people who advocate for mental health awareness is that they validate feelings too much. Her feelings are not valid. Doing things that you don’t like is called being an adult. I make a very good living and I’ve reached millionaire status before age 40. Do people like this think I like having to do all of the things I do to get here? I’d love to sleep in until noon, eat like crap, and play video games all day. But I have to wake up, I have to put in at least 8 hours at my desk, I have to eat a proper diet, and I have to exercise. After all of that, you can still have 3-4 hours to do whatever you want. We aren’t on this planet in order to mindlessly consume.
I remember a quote I think that was loosely on the topic of gentle parenting, which is that everyone needs to be taught how to handle distress, because life is distressing! I think about that a lot when people come on who are just avoiding their problems and then say it gives them anxiety. We all experience discomfort around difficult things, that’s not what anxiety is
I missed court once and was issued a warrant for failure to appear. My charges were a lot more serious than hers, and I was facing up to 2 years. I turned myself in at the court when it opened the day after I found out I had a warrant. The judge chastised me, but I didn't go to jail because I took responsibility for my actions. I was eighteen. I ended up sentenced to four terms of six months unsupervised probation, served concurrently. My pardon is currently being processed so I can apply to medical school. You can turn your life around, but you have to realise the only person who can make a difference is you.
It doesn't make all that much difference until a few years before you retire. Sometimes the market goes up and the stuff you already own grows in value, sometimes goes down and your new contributions buy bigger chunk's As long as the overall trend is up, long term, vou'll be fine. Trying to time the cycles is a mugs game.
Retirees who struggle to meet their basic needs are the ones who could not accumulate enough money during their active years to meet their needs. Retirement choices determine a lot of things. My parents both spent same number of years in the civil service, but my mom was investing through a wealth manager, and my dad through the 401k.
I had a situation similar to yours. I had a Roth 401K that had long met the 5 year rule. In Dec. 2019 I was preparing to retire in Jan. 2020 (over 59 1/2) and chose to transfer this Roth 401K to a Roth IRA with a well known brokerage firm. I was told by my brokerage firm that the 5 year rule would begin anew (I did not have an existing Roth IRA) so eff. 1/1/2024 I will have satisfied this 5 year rule. Additionally, I transferred a traditional 401K to same brokerage firm and have been making annual conversions to a Roth IRA but in a different account as I was advised not to comingle the two distinctly different contribution types. Good luck, another thing, my employer's plan administrator said I was the first employee to ever request a transfer of only the Roth 401K but I wanted to get it moved in 2019 prior to retiring to get the 5 year clock started. The plan administrator's company actually had to program their system to make the transaction possible which fortunately took just a few days.

The whole "do I really want to go" is not anxiety... or panic attacks. I have major anxiety and panic disorder from ptsd and I still run my business. Even when I am dizzy and going to pass out from the attacks, I do it. Sounds like a lack of drive!
Same…. I have complex PTSD and severe anxiety, in addition to near daily migraines but I work 5 days a week as a counselor. It is emotionally draining but I love what I do and it keeps my daughter and I in our apartment. Could I qualify for disability? Yes. But, again, I love what I do and I’m not willing to give that up. I suffer through my day most of the time but I do it because I have to! We make sacrifices when we have children!!!!!
Yes lol. She seems like another person reaching out to the show for hidden personal gain and not actual knowledge gain or help with finances. Just seeking more handouts when she prioritizes a van over her education in the field it does feel like she thinks Caleb’s “good nature” will provide her with more immediate resolution to her issues.
This is by far the saddest and most depressing episode I’ve watched. To be 25 years old with a child and being content with not working, collections, debt etc…is disheartening. I hope her daughter has a wonderful life and doesn’t allow her upbringing to send her in a negative spiral.
Oh, she does more than beg for the drugs. Drug dealers dont give away free shit, and 100 bucks per month isnt enough for more than an ounce. Lots of steady smokers go through that in a week. Shes doing nefarious things
@@IndiaNumberOneCoubtryI pay 100 for a Qp but I’m also medical in Colorado . She’s definitely doing nefarious things to afford weed in Kansas and Texas .
Her car isn't just a danger to her, but everyone else on the road. If she did cause an accident, the other people would be screwed because she's uninsured. In addition to not caring about her daughter's life, she doesn't value anyone else's life either.
@@smalltheresa1 it does but had this happen to me 1 month ago. Not my fault at all got t boned and they totaled the car didn't give us much for it and were actually having to pay for some medical bills.
@@smalltheresa1it does but not all insurances do full coverage, you have to make sure you specifically ASK for it. It’s not something that it’s handed to everyone when they get insurance. I used to be a paralegal at a law firm (now becoming a law enforcement officer) and I can’t tell you the times many people failed to have uninsured motorists. Most car accidents are caused by people who don’t have insurance so you get screwed if you don’t have it. People need to be more aware of it.
did she just come on a show and say she is running from a warrant??? Also she doesn't care about having a kid if she wants to live in a car and just traveling.. I feel sorry for her daughter.

@@Liimpy unless you have $500k+ cash to pay for a house you need a credit score to get a mortgage. Some jobs even check you credit depending on the position. It’s a necessary evil.
I really like my career. Not lying! At least once a week I have a GREAT time at work, and the rest of my time is anywhere from tolerable to enjoyable! But my time off is MUCH more enjoyable. I absolutely agree that Americans are generally overworked and underpaid, and drawing boundaries with your workplace is good (declining unplanned overtime without compensation, not working without pay, demanding basic respect like legal breaks that you actually get to take, etc.). But refusing to work at all is weird to me. Some of the most enjoyable jobs I've had have been part-time casual, like a second job. If I were to take 2 or 3 of those, work 15-20 hours each, I could make a decent schedule and life, and make good money. I wouldn't let a sup guilt me into working over ("sorry, I have other plans"), work was left at work, and everything was scheduled at least a week in advance!
One of the hardest hurdles that pretty much every single person (aside from those who for whatever reason don't need to work and those that enjoy what they do) on planet earth has to get through is the understanding that the world will keep turning and money will keep being needed regardless of your attitude or willingness to work. What I do isn't that hard but physically takes a toll and literally every morning I wake up thinking "shit, not this AGAIN" but we've all gotta do it!!! I don't know how's she's kidded herself into thinking that her not wanting to work means she can just avoid it, especially with big plans for moving and having a daughter
As someone who had a daughter at 19, sacrificed a lot to make sure my daughter has a good life by finishing school, working, and still being a single mom (at the time), this pisses me off so F****** much! I work with kiddos that are on the spectrum with parents that are single and they are doing all they need to for their kid. Your kid is always priority!!! You don’t get to say “I’m young and get to make mistakes.” You gave up that privilege when you decided to give birth.
All things she said just makes her lazy, she doesn't want to take accountability or responsibility for anything. Thinks living a drifter life is 'awesome' and 'ok'
Caleb was too nice. I would've lost my shit. She acts like she is living her best "van life" traveling the country, but left her daughter with mom who she says can't even care for her daughter.
Autistic kids really need routine and stability more than neurotypical kids. Her "van life" is 100% a bad idea for her kid. Her kid is at least better off with grandma than with her mom.

Yeah it’s her attitude. She has a lazy attitude. She doesn’t want to do anything remotely responsible.
I never want to go, but I go. Feelings can’t dictate your actions.

Every single point you made there is a reason why I hate working/jobs and why I want to do my own thing. I can't stand any of that

Her car isn't just a danger to her, but everyone else on the road. If she did cause an accident, the other people would be screwed because she's uninsured. In addition to not caring about her daughter's life, she doesn't value anyone else's life either.
that uninsured motorist part insurance covers
@@smalltheresa1 it does but had this happen to me 1 month ago. Not my fault at all got t boned and they totaled the car didn't give us much for it and were actually having to pay for some medical bills.
Not only uninsured, she has brake* and axle* problems. It's illegal to drive around knowing of these problem.
Yes this!!
did she just come on a show and say she is running from a warrant??? Also she doesn't care about having a kid if she wants to live in a car and just traveling.. I feel sorry for her daughter.

She got a flat fee to compensate for travel. She probably thought this will expand her platform for e-begging
Love how Caleb is sticking up for her daughter!! Once you have a child, its not about your wants and needs, its about theirs! and their fucking safety and wellbeing!!
Paid off all my debt and my credit score is 766 now since I started watching this channel. I’m 30 yrs old and feel good financially for the first time. All hail Caleb
Why do you worship a credit score when it only matters to take on more debt
@@Liimpy have you ever tried to buy a house or rent property or take out a loan?
@@Liimpy unless you have $500k+ cash to pay for a house you need a credit score to get a mortgage. Some jobs even check you credit depending on the position. It’s a necessary evil.
Good job! This is a huge accomplishment to become debt free and improve your credit score

“I don’t like working” yes, that’s why it’s called work and not fun
As my associate is fond of saying "If work didn't SUCK, they wouldn't have to PAY you to DO IT!".
@@toda2638what do you do? Asking as someone who is in college and has no clue what to major in lol
Work can be fun if you find the right job and the right people. It seems some people have forgotten that bit.
Her smiling the whole time speaks volumes. She does not care.
Very punchable face. The little smirks kill me.
Exactly like why is she there? Isn’t it a waste of time for her?
She was also high at the time, so there’s that…
As someone who had a daughter at 19, sacrificed a lot to make sure my daughter has a good life by finishing school, working, and still being a single mom (at the time), this pisses me off so F****** much! I work with kiddos that are on the spectrum with parents that are single and they are doing all they need to for their kid. Your kid is always priority!!! You don’t get to say “I’m young and get to make mistakes.” You gave up that privilege when you decided to give birth.
baby daddy?
Congrats. How old is she now?
All things she said just makes her lazy, she doesn't want to take accountability or responsibility for anything. Thinks living a drifter life is 'awesome' and 'ok'
Sadly, having to give birth is not necesarrily a decision in some states anymore..
@@cyndeya Oof. Too real.
She really went from 'My mom doesn't think I can take care of my autistic child' to 'I don't like to work and I want to travel in a van'.
Yeah obv the mum is right and she can't look after a child, which is harder than working a job as it's 24/7
@alexangel5029I was a lot smarter than this at 16. Maybe an 8 year old.
@alexangel5029alright now let's give 16 year olds a little more credit. No need to insult them like that
Can you imagine being that overweight and living out of a car? Just rolling over while sleeping would be a major nightly event.
Two episodes in a row of people just straight up saying “I don’t want to work” with zero thought or regard for the future. Absolutely mind-blowing.
