Power issues disrupt train service in New York area

Major train disruptions were reported in the New York area because of power problems on an Amtrak line and a brush fire in New Jersey, officials said. Amtrak said rail service between New Haven and Philadelphia was suspended. NBC News' Brian Cheung reports.
