Just wanted to note, I didn’t mean for tip#2 to sound too “heavy” when I shared my experience. When I watched it back during the editing process, it kind of felt that way, but my intention was only to share it as an example in a matter of fact way. I apologize if this touched any nerves for anyone ❤️
That story is relatable to everyone. Kids are sensitive about anything that might make them feel different from their peers. Once you are an adult you realize that some of what made you feel self conscious as a kid never mattered and wouldn’t bother you at all as an adult.
@@janetr5929 Exactly! I wish all kids could understand that those uncomfortable feelings are so temporary and one day, they’ll find that it’s what makes them unique! ❤️ Thank you for adding this Janet! 💕
Great topic. Thumbnail was hilarious. Having confidence in yourself, whether right or wrong, worked for me since my mid-40’s. Yes, it took me all those years to figure myself out 😂😂😂😂
Haha! I had fun with the thumbnail 🤡😉 I think many of us don’t figure these things out until our 40s (myself included!). I guess that’s the time when wisdom is finally imparted on us 😂 Loved hearing your experience so thank you so much for sharing and watching! 🌟❤️🤗
Thank you so much, what a great topic. One of the reasons I subscribed to your channel was that you generally come across as such a nice person and as genuine grateful for what you have in your life. I love watching your videos because they 1) don’t make me feel I need all the things and 2) lighten up the heavy content on just running after the next best thing in fashion. Keep doing what you are doing!
Oh man, this comment really touched me! 🥹Thank you so much for sharing this. I try to have my channel reflect my values, so as much as I love a good shopping trip, I never want to be consumed by it and I like to have a good balance. I feel so grateful to viewers like you for being here, so thank you so much for taking the time to watch my videos! Have a wonderful weekend! 🥰 🌟🤗❤️
Great tips! I admire friendly, approachable people. I admire friendly people who are kind and have good manners. Please and thank you mean a lot in my book. My dad in particular was huge on manners. I too have resting b face. I’ve always struggled with that and I see it when I look in the mirror. I can’t stomach watching the housewives shows or any reality tv with conflict. Like you, they really bother me.
I know what you mean about RBF, I catch myself a lot with that too even when I’m feeling happy inside lol. But yes all the little smiles and gestures go a long way to others around us 💕 So grateful to you for being here and sharing your thoughts! ❤️❤️
Great topic. Totally agree in regards to posture. Why posture changed drastically after my last c section stomach muscles separated so far. I have to wear a tension band when I go to work or running errands to stand taller and prevent back pain.
Yes carrying a baby for 9 months def changes our posture and takes time esp after c-sections. It’s no joke and I had 2 myself. It all takes time but so glad the tension bands help you! Thank you so much for watching and sharing your thoughts! 🌟🤗❤️
I 100% agree with you in regards to the reality TV shows, l loved a lot of them but all of them seem to eventually become full of drama and nastiness. Xx
Yeah I really can’t handle some of the toxicity, it really can affect your own energy! Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts Belinda and have a wonderful weekend! 🌟🤗❤️
I also have RBF but I love to laugh and have fun. I’m so grateful and blessed for the life that God has provided for me. This was such a great video 😊😊😊 have a great weekend.
AMEN! We can definitely have grateful hearts and laugh, despite having RBF! 🙌🤗😂😂So much to be grateful for and so grateful to you for being here! Have a beautiful weekend friend!❤️
I think the real housewives of ……….. is the only reality productions I watch. I prefer it when they are laughing and shopping to any of the arguments they have. I have never argued like they have with friends, so I wonder if they have to amp it up for the cameras. Constipation Face 😂 😂 Have a nice weekend 🥰
It’s always fun when they’re just being goofy and fun, but I do wonder who argues like that in real life with their friends?! 🤡And who knew constipation face can still be grateful haha! 😂 Thanks so much for watching and have a wonderful weekend! 🌟🤗❤️
I am only at the beginning of this video, so probably more comments to come 😂 I think classy is more than a look. Someone can look as though they just stepped off the cover of Vogue, but if they open their mouth and profanity or just horrible grammer and poor manners appear, they are absolutely not classy.
I couldn’t agree more! 🙌 I think we often use the word classy interchangeably with only looking attractive or based in status, but it is so much more than that. I hope you enjoyed the video and thank you so much for sharing your thoughts! Have a fab weekend! 🌟🤗❤️
Great video Sharon! 💜 I loved your second point. You’re right, we’ve all probably experienced some form of self loathing & learning to be at peace with yourself is such an ongoing process! I’m only just learning to accept who I am & my flaws in my 40s…but I’m getting there! Not wasting energy on people that don’t add anything positive to your life is the best advice…toxicity is the biggest drain on our mental health! Thanks for these tips, I’m soaking them up! ☺️🩷
So many of us are only starting to figure this stuff out in our 40s (myself included). I think that’s us just starting to get “wiser” 😂 So many toxic messages around us, it’s so important to stay grounded to who we are! ❤️💕 So grateful to you for watching and sharing your thoughts Carmel! Have a lovely weekend, friend! 🤗🌟
