Ground floor whole hall/Parking area going 4 ft downwards from road.
Staircase from back side.
First floor shop with front stairs.
On second floor and above. 3 bhk. At least two rooms should be larger. Two rooms with attach bathroom. 1 kitchen with dining area, pooja area, Drawing room. With decent interior.
Pls also make 27*56 south face with 3 bedroom comman drawing and dinning and outdoor stair and car parking. Ur all video is soo good.

I don't see any provision for air circulation, sunrays in side the house in ground floor. No set backs to home. How this plan will be approved. In South india you should not get approval for this plan.
