Total construction cost with interior
I can vouch for the same. 10/10 for effective utilization of space. Just that if interior can be more elegant and warm, it would definitely be a masterpiece. But overall no one has used space so efficiently in the videos by far I’ve watched. I would recommend to focus more on interiors in terms of bringing elegance, adding artistic and foreign elements and overall bringing about a subtle look rather than bright and flashy.

Everything perfect. Just 1 issue, if the plot is east facing, the toilet is coming at NE corner. Not a good thing. According to vastu there should be a temple at NE side

Design is good but it is not according vastu n colors used in project are very dark so feeling lazyness in each place of house.
