    I think it’s interesting I was vegan for 4 years and was taking sea moss daily which now I wouldn’t recommend because of the high level of heavy metals and sourcing issues. But was a SUPER holistic girl yoga, yoni steams etc and I still got a fibroid and endometriosis. I just had my robotic myomectomy and I hope none of it comes back. I just say this to say some things are out of our control. Our environment being so poisonous because of how this world is set up probably plays such a bigger factor than we can even our run. I hope yours never returns either. Thank you for the videos and updates. God bless !!

      You’re welcome! Sea moss helps with restoring lost minerals/vitamins and helped me with the healing process post surgery (had more energy, has collagen properties- my scar healed nicely). Sea moss does not prevent fibroids.

      Castor oil packs remove toxins from the body and lymphatic system. Sea moss helps replenish lost minerals/vitamins.

    • @veryvanessa
      @veryvanessa  Год назад +1

      I never said it could prevent fibroids. Fibroids however cause a lack of minerals and vitamins because it causes extreme heavy bleeding during menses. Sea moss should not be used as a preventative for fibroids but rather the elimination of estrogen dominant foods such as soy, alcohol, red meat, dairy etc. If someone has fibroids they should try to eat a predominantly plant based diet to stop feeding fibroids and prevent further growth. Sea moss can be taken to help replenish minerals and vitamins. There are other herbs that are specific to shrinking fibroids but it is not sea moss. Hope this clarified things for you!

    I'm so very happy to hear you're doing so much better now. Hearing about you makes me feel more hopeful.
    I had my ufe last November 2020 which was unsuccessful for me. Both my radiologist and my physician think I should consider a hysterectomy. I'm 49 and will not be having more children, but I was hoping ufe would have worked so I could keep my uterus until menopause. I just want a permanent fix for these nasty monster's as you describe them. My latest mri (September 2021, shows my bigger 7.2 cm submucosal fibroid shrunk only to 5.5 cm.
    I still get heavy bleeding and clots. The radiologist said because of the location of my fibroids (in the endomentrial lining) and I have multiple smaller ones causing my issues still. There is no vascularity going to the big fibroid now though. Before my ufe the mri showed 3 fibroids. Now post ufe I have multiple smaller ones. Where did they come from so quickly? I thought ufe works not only on bigger fibroids but the smaller ones to. I am curious if the ufe birthed me more fibroids. Plus I think I want that dead 5. 5 cm remaining fibroid out of my body.

    Hi Vanessa I just subscribed to your channel after looking into UFE experiences. I did the myomectomy back in April 2013 and they removed 16 fibroids, one the size of a baby's head. Shortly after found out I was pregnant in November 2013 and had a high risk but successful birth. They said they couldn't remove all fibroids so some grew back and i just had the UFE on 12/10/21 - at this time my uterus was 14x10x10 and a fibroid sitting in the uterus equivalent to a 20wk size. In pain right now but thanks for sharing your journey. Hope it all works out and you have your baby. I probably wouldn't try to het pregnant as quickly as I did though. Give it some time because they took my daughter out 3wks early but shes healthy.

      @@veryvanessa Hello! You’re such a beautiful human inside and out. You’re journey shows your strength through God’s grace. Sharing your story is a blessing beyond words. My fibroids grew sporadically from October 2021 to where I’m likened to 4 or even 5months size uterus. 😭😭 Like it wasn’t even like that after my birthday in October but I have been traveling different countries, joining friends celebrate different events, work stress, different time zones, end of a long relationship, etc that I didn’t notice the growth till I felt the severe pressure. And here I am! Blaming myself! And being told o may en cut lateral from under my breast to my pelvic. Met with a Dr who specializes in minimal invasive surgery but I will know on 7/19/22 after he views my MRI if it is possible. I was even told they may offer a less invasive and I may wake up with a lateral cut. I then read about UFE hence finding your page upon researching side effects.
      I’m wondering if location of the fibroid matters as you mention it eating away tissue within the uterus as it dies off? I want to have kids and I am ending my 30s so I have my biological clock to now think about.

    Are you still planning to get pregnant after awhile? How do you keep your hemoglobin levels up with a more plant-based diet? It usually lacks the iron sufficient to maintain healthy levels. But I suppose if you’re not clotting and whatnot anymore, you’re probably not losing a substantial amount of blood now. Thank you so much for your journey thus far, you have helped SOOOO many people I am sure, because you’ve definitely helped me along my journey. Please keep us updated as well on your career change as well, and how that stress/ease correlates to your feminine health. Thank you again!!

      You are welcome! Yes we are trying to have a baby ASAP! Sea moss and green leafy vegetables helps boost my iron. There’s also an herb called sarsaparilla that naturally boosts iron within the body. Girl I can’t even remember what the heavy flow was like but I know it was horrid.

      @@veryvanessa Yes, I’m currently dealing with “dangerously low” hemoglobin, and I am trying to bring it up in order to get my Myomectomy…. 10+ cm fibroid, and a pedunculate (probably more) but have been struggling to bring up it.

      I hear you! I used to have really bad anemia but what helped me was sea moss and green smoothies every single day for about 3-4 weeks. Remember you’re losing a lot of blood and nutrients with each cycle so you have to keep replenishing your system.

    • @veryvanessa

      UFE is when they cut off the blood supply to the fibroids and it causes them to shrink. Myomectomy is when they cut the fibroids out of your uterus.

      You could try the natural route to shrink them down. Herbal teas, castor oil packs and steaming. It can definitely be frustrating as you just had surgery to fix this problem.

      Depends on the herbs: some draw out toxins other herbs nourish and cleanse and other tone the uterus. Depending on your personal needs you can decided which herbs will work best for you.
