- Once again we ran into a school of Juvenile Striped bass. However, Don't get fooled with their size, their predatory instinct will strike your lures with full force. That's what makes this species desirable for fishing actions. Jigging from the bank/shore is one of the best method of catching this fish.

My spot is also anyones spot my friend, i don't mind sharing where i go. That spot where i was catching them stripers is South of the Marina, Maybe 1/4 mile also still part of South Cove. Tight Lines.

Thanks! Striped Bass Bank fishing outfit: I'm using a 9' Okuma rockaway rod paired with 3000 series spinning. For Boat: I'm using a 7' med rod St. Croix or Penn paired with 3000 series reels. Hope this helps. Tight Lines.
What kind of plastics are those man if you don’t mind?
I don't mind all. I used Keitech shinner minnow. Keitech Swing Impact FAT Swimbait will also work.

Man you really like this lake. Do you know if there is any wheelchair friendly spot? I want to take my dad out, but he is wheelchair bound.
For Bank/shore almost almost all hillsides are really steep for him to wheel down to the spots. Two i can think of that maybe doable. South Cove, there's a boat ramp or where they dumped fish in that is fully paved. The other is, The Dock, go to the Marina and there's a floating platform where you can fish safely. I highly suggest of scouting these area's i mentioned to make sure this is acceptable for your dad. Hope this helps.
