Instead of using dry shampoo....I use hairspray on the roots before I clip in the hair. It lasts all day! I prefer using Aussie Freeze hair spray. It has a super strong hold.

I'm a new customer of milk and blush hair extensions. I have recently bought the new classic set with the seamless upgrade and I am completely in love with them. I'm specially happy with theses video that are helping me a lot because I have thin and fine hair. The first time I wore my extensions out on a night out I came home with lipstick on one the extensions and was hoping you could do a video that will help me and others how to be able to sort out the problem when make up gets in the hair the best and safest way with out damaging the extensions.

Where did you purchase your extensions? Also, what is the length and color. I am looking to buy them for my granddaughter because her hair used to be quite thick but she took a medication for acne and it caused her hair to become thinner. In my opinion it is still thick enough, but of course, she doesn’t think so. On a better note, her complexion is now flawless.

What type of hair extensions did she use in the video? She said they were quite thick... couldn't tell if that meant they were the Quad Weft or just all Milk + Blush extensions are thick. I have super fine/thin hair and not looking for length, just looking for extensions to make my hair look thicker. Trying to decide if I should buy the Seamless or the Quad Weft. I would want to cut them to shoulder length but the ends to be thick still. Thank you! :)
Taylor Morello Hey 💖 We used the Luxurious Set for this tutorial. If you have very fine hair, you could still work with this set and follow the steps mentioned above so that the wefts are concealed while you achieve your desired volume 💕

Hey Cortni! Thank you so much! Yes, you can curl them before you put them in, I like to do this be either clipping them to a hanger or securing the top of the wefts in a draw. In this video I curled them when they were clipped in, I simply did this section by section using a curling wand curling away from my face, once all the hair was curled and cooled I then brushed out the curls to make them less uniformed. Hi. I've tried clip in extensions without luck. I have used every trick and tip that you suggest and more. My hair is the same color and texture as yours as well. I switched to a halo extensions because my head was itching from the clips and when the wind blew you could see the wefts. I was always feeling my hair and self conscious about the clips showing or falling out. So I switched to the halo, however I don't like the look as well. I also cannot afford a few hundred dollars for the name brand extensions. Do you cut your wefts to flow with your natural hair? Any suggestions for me?

Not being a hater but my milk and blush extentions were crap! They shed all the time has split ends and we're super thin and frizzy and I'm good at looking after them!

In this video I'm actually wearing all of the wefts in the set. The amount of wefts I use is usually dependant on the style I'm wearing, for example if I'm going for a big voluminous style I use all of the wefts but if I'm going for a more natural day time look I'll maybe leave out a 3 clip weft at the back and a 2 clip weft on the side where I have my part. The best thing to so is just experiment and see what works best for you! Hope this helps Hun! xoxo

We do recommend removing the extensions and not wearing permanently. The extensions can last anywhere from 3 months up to a year with the correct care 🖤
Hey Natalie! I use all of the wefts in my quad weft set except one of the two clip wefts, this is just because of the way my parting falls, so I use two two clip wefts on the fuller side and just one on the other, the rest I put in as normal. Hope that helps :D Mim xx
What else can you do for grip to prevent slipping if your a sensitive person? I cant use dry shampoo, hair spray or volume powder these cause my scalp to become severely irritated and bleed.
Hi there! If you’re not able to use some kind of spray for the grip, you can back-comb the root of each section where you intend to place a weft. This gives the clip more texture to hold onto so helps to prevent the wefts moving/slipping ☺️
Would you recommend the classic set or the triple weft set for thin fine hair, I’ve seen you with both in and both look gorgeous on you, I’m going for volume especially towards the ends at the front of my hair as they’re fine due to damage.
Hey! Thank you! 💕 The Classic Set and the Triple Weft Set weigh the same, so you do receive the same amount of hair, the only difference is how this is spread over the wefts. The Classic Set is made up of 10 pieces all of which are single layered, apart from one which is a quad weft so this has 4 layers of hair. This set contains two one clip wefts that can be used the frame the face and blend shorter bits at the front so this might be useful for you. The Triple Weft Set is made up of 7 pieces and all of these are triple layered. So, it really just comes down to personal preference. Some like the flexibility that more wefts offers them and the super thick quad weft piece, whereas others prefer only having to fit 7 wefts to the head 😊 Hope this helps! xoxo Esme • Now

Hey Phoebe! A lot of our customers with finer hair opt for the Classic Set as it blends really easily. If your hair is shorter we wouldn't recommend wearing a set any longer than 16-18" as you want to hair to look really natural, so 16-18" or 12-14" would work best 😘 xoxo
How do you wear extensions with curly hair and you don't want to blowdry hair straight. I have great curls but want long hair and don't want to straighten it then add curls way too much heat and time. Can I just add curls to the extensions?
Hey Billie! A good trick is to curl your extensions before you put them in; I find the easiest way to do this is to clip them up with a clothes hanger and style them with a curling wand. I'm stuck between tape in's and clip ins. My hair is so short and damaged that I don't think clip ins would be suitable. I had so much trouble with my last clip in set and i don't want to have short hair anymore. Not sure as to what i should do
Hey! Clip ins are the safest form of hair extensions so they're probably best for you. If your hair is quite damaged already we wouldn't recommend tape in's as they may damage your hair even more. I like your hair better natural, it's not thin at all!! The extensions don't look very natural because of the way they 'hang' or fall on your shoulders, a bit stiff. Be happy with the hair you have, I wish I had that much hair...

One confusion regarding hair extensions...do you have to remove them or you can be like permanently wearing them. Also how much they last long??

Hi there! If you’re not able to use some kind of spray for the grip, you can back-comb the root of each section where you intend to place a weft. This gives the clip more texture to hold onto so helps to prevent the wefts moving/slipping ☺️
Would you recommend the classic set or the triple weft set for thin fine hair, I’ve seen you with both in and both look gorgeous on you, I’m going for volume especially towards the ends at the front of my hair as they’re fine due to damage.

The Classic Set and the Triple Weft Set weigh the same, so you do receive the same amount of hair, the only difference is how this is spread over the wefts.
The Classic Set is made up of 10 pieces all of which are single layered, apart from one which is a quad weft so this has 4 layers of hair. This set contains two one clip wefts that can be used the frame the face and blend shorter bits at the front so this might be useful for you.
The Triple Weft Set is made up of 7 pieces and all of these are triple layered.
So, it really just comes down to personal preference. Some like the flexibility that more wefts offers them and the super thick quad weft piece, whereas others prefer only having to fit 7 wefts to the head 😊

What weft set do you recommend for finer shorter hair?
Hey Phoebe! A lot of our customers with finer hair opt for the Classic Set as it blends really easily. If your hair is shorter we wouldn't recommend wearing a set any longer than 16-18" as you want to hair to look really natural, so 16-18" or 12-14" would work best 😘 xoxo
How do you wear extensions with curly hair and you don't want to blowdry hair straight. I have great curls but want long hair and don't want to straighten it then add curls way too much heat and time. Can I just add curls to the extensions?
And by the way I've never done extensions cause I have thick curly hair.
Hey Billie! A good trick is to curl your extensions before you put them in; I find the easiest way to do this is to clip them up with a clothes hanger and style them with a curling wand. I'm stuck between tape in's and clip ins. My hair is so short and damaged that I don't think clip ins would be suitable. I had so much trouble with my last clip in set and i don't want to have short hair anymore. Not sure as to what i should do
Hey! Clip ins are the safest form of hair extensions so they're probably best for you. If your hair is quite damaged already we wouldn't recommend tape in's as they may damage your hair even more. I like your hair better natural, it's not thin at all!! The extensions don't look very natural because of the way they 'hang' or fall on your shoulders, a bit stiff. Be happy with the hair you have, I wish I had that much hair...
