I had a friend who had anxiety and I wished that she had better people around her because they told her, "You're just being dramatic like always". I told her that she wasn't being dramatic and that she needed to speak to a professional. She never spoke to a professional, but around the 6 month mark she started to feel better. I'm very sad about the show coming to an end. I was there from before day 1.
Well shit....I think I had this. People just tried to advise me it was just my already there anxiety/depression.but it wasn't it was different. Itd be nice to have this spread out there too.

I'm so tired people after birth talking about postpartum and anxiety like wtf this generation is out control. The virgin Mary had 6 kids total did she go to hospital deliver no! Did she have medicine for birth no! Like man y'all taking this to an extreme smh!!!
This comment is beyond ignorant I wonder first if you are a mother ? If so and you didn’t go through this I am happy for u ! But just because you didn’t experience it doesn’t mean it isn’t real and doesn’t mean someone else is ridiculous or less of a strong mother for this … it’s these kind of comments that leaves one knew mother second guessing her very valid and real feelings Postpartum anxiety for me anyways was the constant heart palpitations as I was trying to drift off to sleep after a 30 hour labor you would believe that I would of fell asleep so easily but my body seemed to be on some kind of adreline I wanted this baby so bad I had been trying for him for four years and finally my wish came true I couldn’t stop staring at him I would jump everytime a nurse would walk in the room I wanted him closer I was scared I’d lose him I would watch him sleep just to make sure he is still breathing the darkest thoughts we’re running through my head what would happen if I lost him if something would happen to him ? I wouldn’t be able to cope my life would be over the pain would be unbearable Etc etc Listen don’t ever judge or belittle someone for what they go through in their life in any situation cuz who knows one day these feelings might happen to you
