Forgive me if I missed it in the video but I’m confused about the mixes. You mentioned a panel mix and a vertical mix and a mix that includes 1/3 each panel, vertical, mortar mix. Im certain that makes sense to people with some knowledge in the field. I’m building a tree for my catio and my knowledge about concrete is little to none. Watching your video I feel like I can do it once I figure out the mix though. If you could explain more on how you mixed the mortar for the trees in the video I would really appreciate your time!
Will the tube inside breakdown due to moisture buildup inside? I’ve also seen you put wood beams inside of the tubes, would moisture buildup inside cause these to rot overtime? Just curious is this should be a concern at all.
The tune is just a form to build around. It’s not vital to the end result. So if it deteriorates it won’t be seen as cement is rock hard and doesn’t deteriorate from water if constructed correctly. Once the cement cures, it’s permanent. 🙂
