Great video. Thank you. Per my experience in interviewer panel. The decision is taken in first 5 minutes from the beginning of the interview and according to the vibes of candidate and the impressions!
This can certainly happen (similar to the 6-second rule with reviewing resumes). I would hope they would give you more than the first 5 minutes to make up their minds, but people can certainly make quick and uninformed decisions.
If interviewer asked “I guess you might not be good at that.”, probably is because the interviewer wants to know what’s the interviewee’s reaction or how the interviewee tackles bad clients if she/he was facing a difficult or bad tempered client, or a client who is always saying negative words to the people they are dealing with.The interviewers wants to know the interviewees’ reaction under these kinds of bad circumstance, so interviewers try to intimidate the interviewees in such kind of questions. 😅 hope I was making myself clear. 😊
