Stockton could soon strengthen homeless enforcement

The City of Stockton could soon begin removing homeless encampments from parks and railroad tracks. Following the Supreme Court's ruling last month, the city will begin looking into what they can and cannot enforce.

I think they need to talk about drug use 1st. I believe that's the #1 reason the unhoused do gobto shelters. They need to sober up.
