Thank you for sharing. We did a pub stopover in October 22 at the Red Well. The food was good and the staff were lovely. We’d arrived at noon and walked into town. Had a great coffee in No3 with really great, friendly service. Always a pleasure to visit ‘Barny’ 👍
Thanks for your comments. ❤ there were a couple of vans staying over on Sat night. We agree the staff were so nice, nothing was too much and they made a fuss of Roxy. The food was delicious too! You can’t beat Barny for a look about - there are so many different shops / cafes/ pubs and I love the little independent shops. No 3 is now on our list too! 💕💕 Rachel, David & Roxy 💕

David well worth calling into Blargraves on the bank towards the river just below the market cross. Restaurant is now open for teas and coffees during the day. Stunning building.
Hahaha - Banard castle is so famous these days!! Hope your eyes were ok. Looks like a nice site, lovely and quiet. Chickens - bonus!! We’ll have to check our Banard castle one day. It looks nice! Cheers 🍻

Until 2020 I’d never heard of Barnard Castle. I then heard it was a great place to check out my eyesight so I’ve set in in my sights for my bucket list😂 Take care Gill

Ahh didn’t know that new site was there.. we go to barny quite a lot with the caravan and i also get lots of work in and around barny.. we just love the area.. we tend to stay at pecknell farm.. located nesar the CAMC and the CCC sites..
Hi, the site opened last year and I would recommend it. It is well spaced out and the owner was so nice. It is such a lovely area isn’t it. So much to see and do Rachel, David & Roxy 💕💕

CL looked good David & Rachel, £18 with electric isn't too bad. I don't know why but I think the Bowes Swan is creepy and not something I would not want to see again (I'll let Rick do just the one swan) You guys have been lucky with the weather recently. Loved the Specsavers gag, went in to our local one yesterday to book an eye test, conversation went your not due until March, I said how far in advance are you booking, 5 weeks, that'll be March then I said but they refused to book an appointment😂😂 Cheers K.
Thank you - the CL wasn’t bad at all and as you say with electric this year it’s pretty good price especially in the winter. I’ve not seen the swan for years - be interesting to see it again and as you say quite possibly may look a bit creepy. Brilliant video Dave and Rach, one of our customers at work is Glaxo who are over the road from The Redwell Inn, never been in but passed it hundreds of times while delivering to Glaxo. That C L site looked beautiful, well done to the owner, we will defo be going there as we love the area around there, The Caravan and Motorhome site there is lovely, albeit more expensive than a C L site, but as its only about a 35 minute drive from where we live its ok 🙂 Love the drone footage, think i defo need a drone. The Redwell Inn was lovely… a nice section for dogs so I’m sure Tyler would get a nice tummy tickle. The food was lovely as were the staff & not expensive. The owner was lovely and it was great that he had put tracks in for dogs & owners to explore! Beautiful site and I reckon will book up quick once people know about it. 💕💕 Rachel, David & Roxy 💕💕

Just for your readers , the red well inn and the three horse shoe pubs do the best food in barny. Imo..
