Sitting with mine on in the house because I have man flu, truly a versatile piece of kit and a must have. It warms you in a sweaty way because it's got that sheen to it, but it is very warm for how thick it is.
Nice you will have to let me know how it goes i did a cold camp with mine used it to brake the cold air flow under the hammock did pretty well but i also had a sleeping bag.

just bought mine and wonder if i can spend the night with just mil tec poncho liner :) it is gonna be -9 celsius at night. gear: tyvek hammock + tarp
