Hello mate. What does bugout mean. I tried to google it but it just came back with different insect sprays! Great channel by the way 😊.
좋은 제품 소개해 주셔서 재밌게 잘 봤습니다. 앞으로도 좋은 컨텐츠 부탁드려요
Love the intro music brother
Thanks brother how’s things?
That's the trouble with camping in the UK. You are nearly always surrounded by farmer Giles. It's like a bushcraft version of Zulu. lol.
😂😂 their only missing some Gatling guns
Hello sir new sub here💪 good video I enjoyed it
Thanks for the sub 👊 glad you enjoyed it. There’s more to come 🏕🏕🔥
@@WalkThePath keep em coming and I’ll keep an eye out👊
You need to buy the adhesive for the repairs yourself. They dont supply it as it goes out of date quite quickly
Love hate it , had one of those random UK summer rain storms , rained for around 6 minutes and l was soaked in this
An outer jacket should be waterproof what a faff having to take off a waterproof layer to get to your gear
Anorak doesn't mean waterproof. It denotes a pullover style jacket, that may or may not be waterproof.
Sitting with mine on in the house because I have man flu, truly a versatile piece of kit and a must have. It warms you in a sweaty way because it's got that sheen to it, but it is very warm for how thick it is.
Hi walkman the path, The temperature is correct with bivvy, a good mat and with hoddie, or you need extras to sleep at 0ºC?
sorry for late reply. I thinking with a decent mat and a hoodie will be fine if I've ever felt a slight chill a hoodie always does the trick I've done 0'c without a mat in a hammock and i was fine once i stuck my hoodie on i was toasty tbh.
I hate Snugpak zips .I have the tactical 4 and the zip is a pain.
mate tell me about it! what's the tactical 4 like for pack size and warmth?
@@WalkThePath Pack size is not too bad and It's really warm. Just a shame their zips are crap. It's a real pain when you need to pee in the night. lol.
@@shaunwild8797 I can imagine the warmth the 2 bounce’s the heat back the 4 must be like a summer sleep out.. yeah man getting out to wazzle is an effort 😂
@@WalkThePath It's just as bad trying to get back into it. It's no fun when it's freezing cold. Once in it's like a furnace.😁😁It's a bit overkill for a British winter and I didn't think it through when I bought it. lool.
@@shaunwild8797 overkill is better than no kill I think rather have it and not need it than need it and not have in 👊
Imagine this jacket without this storm fabric on the back
or you'll take all the burning coals and shove it inside the pot stand
do you know what i actually had more success turning it upside down pinching the open top so it would grab the cup the airflow was so much better boiled in a few min off couple of sticks the fire didn't stall in the centre. I will have to do a quick vid on it.
You have to wait for the flames to pop out of the grill and then you'll put your cup. You ar chocking your fire
Really good rundown of this smock/anorak, thank you!
bonjour is it a good item ? better than carinthia ?
Dude nice gear but you are way to noisy and a sniper will see your looking glass lenses probably with his/her bare eyes. You will be found by the bad guys and probably dealt with on their terms.
The kit itself isn’t noisy to carry a lot of my gear is camouflage and I never cross open spaces in that situation stay in the tree lines as much as possible.. if a sniper is out there and he’s half decent 9 out 10 he’s already seen you no real avoiding unless travel by night.
You got the tree straps bro 😊
You know it bro
Hello @Walk The Path , thank you for this nice review! ➡Did you check the weight of this item yourself? it seems to be very low (and promising), and I would like to be sure of this value. Some people say that it weights 320g, other people say that it is 286g... I'm lost ! And I already own a foldable foam pad (Decathlon Forclaz MT500 weighed at 362g), so I would like to be sure that I will earn some weight before to buy the Robens Zigzag Slumber. 😀 But I have no way to verify its weight before to buy here... 😭 Thank you very much for your answer. 🏕
Hello, To be honest with you i don't really watch weight that much its more the size what did it for me and the filling. I don't mind carrying some heavier items as long as I'm still manoeuvrable and the pack is tucked behind me tight. its a nice bag to be honest i do really like it and have used it in the winter and not perished.
I totally agree with your comment about it being all duracanvas. I love this jacket as well, but because of the stormstretch back it is somewhat limited in use for me during winter. When wearing a big ruck the breathable back is great, but the winter wind will often times blow through the exposed bits when wearing a day pack. That said I still wear it often year round.
I like your video and opinions, even though I laugh out loud at the term "bushcraft". All the best in all future endeavors.
A bushcraft knife is far superior to a mora but suitable for a beginner
@@WalkThePath I think you mean to say , the Mora is for a beginner . I've been an outdoorsman and hunter for 60 years and have used more than a few Moras. What type of knife do you recommend for such an advanced bushcrafter such as yourself?
i wouldn't consider myself advanced bushcrafter.. i do love a mora for the price its perfect for a beginner. me personally like a full tang carbon steel. that could be any knife tbh i think a knife chooses you rather you choosing a knife.. how does it feel in the hand, how does it handle, is it balanced. i find some expensive knives dont feel as good as lower budget knives it comes down to what are you willing to live with. @@QuantumPyrite_88.9
@@WalkThePath You didn't answer my question . LMAO
Great honest review lad
Thanks mate!
It is. The Pilgrim is my favorit.
They’ve just brought a new one out the SAS smock it’s 100% Duro-canvas think I will have to get 😂
Get a camera stand and have two to save your life for a long time.
Importantly: 55% Polyester, 23% Cotton, 19% Nylon NOT Waterproof.
meant to be waxed
I did try waxing it but the storm stretch material didn't hold the wax in its fibres to well.
The mug and canteen are not genuine they are knock offs..always buy genuine when you can.

Love this bro ❤
Thanks Bro!
I believe the mora knife is underrated, I hunt a river swamp, it is lightweight I can clip it on my pants pocket works great, it does not weigh you down come is not my for clearing brush you need a machete for that, once your your Trails clear, you put that machete up I use mora every time I hit the river swamp , they make the best knife for the money😮
Got one in my yard 😮
Known as stinky Robert tasting of coriander ❤
I used to use Mora but now I much prefer BPS. For around the same price you get so much more. I’ve never been a fan of mora plastic sheath. The BPS knives I’ve received are the sharpest knives I’ve ever bought. I can’t say anything about BPS stainless models I’ve never tried those. But the carbon steel is top notch. Just my two cents they are definitely worth a look.
Beautiful bro ❤
Awesome bro 👏
