brother thank you so much man, I have been learning advanced english with your channel for one week, one hour per day and I feel the difference already, may the lord keep blessing you!!
My English gonna skyrocket with you teacher I have spent a month following your lesson and I am seeing the progress already so a bunch of thanks sir ❤❤may Allah bless your family
Thank you Wes for another wonderful teaching. The list at the end I guess you meant daunting instead of dubious. And I don't believe I saw pernicious anywhere. I learned so much in this lesson. It's a real liberating experience. Two thumbs up.
You're right. I forgot to update that last page before posting. Those were other adjectives that I was going to use but decided to change them at the last minute. Glad you enjoyed the lesson. 🤗
I did poorly - lot of words were on my tongue what to say but I could not pull them out of my passive vocabulary. I had a fall in a sauna so I am still happy I did otz fall onto the hot rocks or break my jaw or any other bone. I am at home and got a doctor's appointment. Perhaps I could not concentrate properly. Thank you for the lesson!
I just found your channel. And I think you’re such a great teacher. As an adult I don’t have too much free time , but I’m going to watch your lessons. ❤❤❤
If I may give a piece of advice, I think it would be an awsome idea to have vocab, collocations and idioms grouped acccording to common specific topics like: education, work, technology, social relations etc. 😊
It was such a nice lesson. More advanced and common words in English, please. We didn't work on the words "dubious" and "pernicious", right? Anyways, thank you so much!! I learned a lot. ❤🎉
Listening to your channel for the past 2 weeks sounds interesting and love to hear more practical English vocabulary, idioms. Words you select mostly matches in American daily newspapers useful to understand Fox news , newyork times. I'm looking forward more words in future..Love from India. Thanks for courtroom vocabulary and legal vocabulary very useful for me to speak with my American clients. Your hardwork payoff..i really appreciate your effort in making wonderful videos.
14:08 Not going to lie, Taylor Swift taught me this word. “Sanctimoniously preforming soliloquies I’ll never see.” And the post hardcore band, Alesana, taught me soliloquy, from their song, ‘A Siren’s Soliloquy’
Iam a new subscriber that was very wonderful lesson I felt that l have poor voc so plz teacher make a lot of videos about voc and thanks for your effort😊❤
Blithely - that one I could not remember. I've come across it. Thank you for your invaluable lessons. But isnt that word rarely used. It sounds ancient.
Pious is not entirely analogous to sanctimonious since it has other meaning which is grateful to your parents, more ubiquitously known as filial piety [from pious (adj) to piety (n)]
"Egregious" is interesting as it originally meant "distinguished, eminent, excellent" (from Latin egregius). In Italian, "egregio" and "egregiamente" still have this positive meaning.
Sir, the problem is how to keep those words in memory and use them, no one is around. The dictionary alone does not tell how and where to use words but only the literal meaning
That's a good point. It's certainly a challenge. Of course, I'd recommend reading and listening, which are two different inputs. And try to review from time to time as well. 😊
While reading one of your last screen picture, I mean - review words, I couldn't find in my notes the words "pernicious" and "dubious"., they are in adjectives list... Did you mention them in your video? I wasn't succeed in finding them🙃

That works. It's an informal verb, but it has the same meaning. 👍
