- Tokyo Dining Restaurant at EPCOT in Walt Disney World HAS FINALLY REOPENED! I bring you along for the full dining experience in August 2021 after over a year of this popular Disney restaurant being closed on its reopening weekend! I'll show you the modified menu, enjoy two popular and delicious sushi rolls and a really cool and surprisingly delicious Japanese cocktail where I squeeze my own juice and mix a drink I've never tried before! We take a look at what has changed and what is to come for this popular and special Disney dining experience in 2021! Tokyo Dining offers harmony of traditional Japanese food and hospitality, featuring sushi, donburi, tempura, a wide variety of specialty cocktails including traditional Japanese cocktails and sake flights, gorgeous views of the World Showcase, Spaceship Earth and the torii gate on the bank of the World Showcase Lagoon. It's a perfect place for watching fireworks or admiring the EPCOT views any time of day! I also take you on a ride on a Friendship Boat and we get some origami art! I'm so happy one of my favorite restaurants in all of Walt Disney World has reopened and I'm so excited to share this video with you! Thanks for watching!

I can't stop thinking about that view. It really takes you out of the park and into Japan. The food looks wonderful but the view and food are just iconic
I spent two weeks in Japan many years ago, and this video brought back some nice memories. Disney recreated the atmosphere here so well, and you made it come alive again for me. Thanks for that! Oh, fun fact: Never stick your chopsticks vertically in a bowl of rice-that is very taboo in Japan. It reminds people of funerals, not to mention bringing bad luck.
This is one of the reasons I love to watch these. She talks to you like are there with her and it feels like you are. :)

Jackie, you've convinced me. I have been a Teppan Edo fan for YEARS, but I think my next trip I will try Tokyo Dining.
You are so sweet, always thinking about other people. I live in Fort Worth, Texas and I think we will miss this storm. Well we’re actually far enough away from the gulf to never get directly hit. I will be praying for everyone in the direct path of the storm also. I’m so glad Tokyo dining opened back up. That just goes to show that everything is coming back slowly but surely. I wish I lived in Florida, if I did I would be getting that Gideon‘s peanut butter brew every single day.
One of the few Restaurants in World Showcase I haven’t been. I might have to check this off my list in November. Thanks for the video.

Fun fact: The word “sushi” refers to the rice(which is traditionally fermented, although nowadays, it’s just rice coated with vinegar and sake) and not the fish, like most people assume.

Tip if you want more tea: take the lid from the teapot and turn it upside down. It tells the waitstaff that your tea pot is empty and you would like more.

Glad to see it reopen. Sometimes the wait times( we can only hit the parks on Sunday’s) is long so we hit other quick service. But we are definitely going to try it

Would love to see France in your World Showcase series.... it's my favorite. I really love Impressions de France, the movie, and have to see if every time I go.
I like tea as well. There are so many wonderful flavors and brands to choose from. I have been making some tea and then refrigerating it and drinking it at night.. We used to go a Korean restaurant and at one point they had green tea ice cream. It took a little bit of adjusting of the palette but, I did then grow to love it.. Hope that you are safe too..

Love Epcot, would love to visit more restaurants but we are usually there during food and wine and love that eating ( and drinking ) round the world. Our son Aiden broke his wrist yesterday playing football, it would make his day if you said hi in the comments. Nothing cheers us up like yours and Nate’s vlogs👍
