Valdes had a neck tattoo and I saw on Instagram another officer (not from Miami PD) had hand tatts so I know it varies from department of course. Just want an outline and to figure out if I should wait till im an officer, or if I could get some now if I wanted.

Wow it’s so weird in the US. When we call an ambulance we get an ambulance, when we call the fire department we get the fire department. I’m curious as to how it works over there, judging by the fire department ambulance I assume it’s what’s free and actual ambulances cost money/insurance?
