I add 1-2 tsp sugar and a dolop of strawberry conserve on top to make it more of a desert like I'm my school days but the method shown and measures were perfect.

Forgive the question but what country are you from? Reason for asking is that some countries use 20ml tablespoons and others use 15ml tablespoons - in the end it does make a mojor difference in the end product.
Everything is correct, my mistake. I should have clarified that in my recipe - European standard - 18 ml.
