Great walk through. The wife and I were seriously looking at purchasing another brand, and decided to go check out the NorthPoint ( 382FLRB ) after a different walkthrough last weekend. I have always loved the Pinnacle, so figured it would not hurt to look. By the time we walked out of the NorthPoint unit, I could tell this was the brand she really wanted. Going to look again this weekend including possibly seeing if we can even go with a full body paint unit they have in stock. Still a little pricey, but the options and quality were incredible. You called out the only thing I noticed as well ... the bathroom counter tops !
thank you for the update. Jayco has always been one of my fav's. Always thinking ahead with new idea's, looks. I am already thinking of removing 1 of the 40lbs propain tanks and making a storage bay :)

OMG! I LOVE the side by side fridge. So glad to see a fridge without the stupid bottom drawer freezer. If I didn't NEED a toy hauler (Snap-On tool box and motorcycle), I'd definitely consider this unit. Only thing I'd change is to add a second bedroom slide.

This is gorgeous! However, I’m disappointed that they didn’t put a solid surface countertop in the bathroom. I also think it would’ve been nice to put the dresser in a slide so that you could have more floor space and deeper drawers.

Since most people who would pirchase an upper level 5th wheel are elderly, do you think having 40lb propane tanks that weigh 85lbs, will be an easy lift when they need to be refilled??
My wife and I are full timers, and just completely disagree about the bed end tables,.. those suck, they look cheap and we never use them. A shelf for CPAP, books, phone cradle etc would be far better design in our opinions. We do enjoy your videos up here in Canada, and appreciate your style. We watch regularly on Sat AM.
Hey JD, I hope that you're having a great day! I love the new 2025 Jayco North Point 310RLTS fifth wheel. The full body paint is amazing, because it makes it super high-end! I like that they are using cloth on all the theater seats and the tri-fold sleeper sofa! The different things that they are doing to the island and the cabinets an drawers is awesome. The way they are doing the storage in the living room an the kitchen is great. The bathroom is great but I do wish that they would have put the multi shower fixtures in the shower! The bedroom is amazing with the upgraded mattress, an the space you get around the king bed is great. I do wish that they would have given us the electric fireplace space heater in the bedroom! They give you washer and dryer prep in the master bedroom. I also wonder if any of the AC'S have a heat-pump built in them? I do like that they give you three propane tanks on this North Point! I hope that they give you generator prep to! Thank you JD for showing us and giving us all the information on this new Jayco North Point fifth wheel. Your fan an friend Leonard from North Carolina.
Does Thor still own Jayco or did the family take it back? We bought ours right before the family sold to Thor and I don’t think there’s a better quality than one. The family owned it. I think Thor has brought the quality down quite a bit.
Thor Industries not only owns them but has a large portion of creative and developmental control. Thats why the lower end units are so terrible. Only the Northpoint and Pinnacle are truly built fairly reminiscent to the old Jayco quality we all knew and loved.
We've owned 3 Jaycos.l in a row. Jayflight TT, Eagle HT, & now a '21 Northpoint. Totally satisfied with build quality and the industy's only 2+3 warranty. Not speaking for others, just stating OUR experience.
Front living room revers recliner to front of living room TV and fireplace toward kitchen with TV also on kitchen, rear master bedroom and master bath beyound that with corner double sink 36" shower with rain shower head, barn doors., Master bedroom tip out bed and tip out dresser, with window and TV. closet barn door, 1/2 bath off kitchen, 44' long. That would be a nice North Point.
When you first walked in I thought I was looking at a Brinkley - and then you said Thermofoil. Everything was looking good and then you mentioned Thermofoil countertops in the bathroom. And is that only the bathroom or is it every counter top in the Jayco rig? Premium and Thermofoil do not work together. What would it have cost Jayco to use quality countertops - it cannot be a weight consideration as the trailer is already over 14,000 lbs.
Real feedback: I have to stop watching if you continue to open every drawer and cabinet like no one knows that the inside of a drawer or cabinet looks like.

Jayco has always put out some great rigs. Our first TT was a Jayco and we loved it. I'll def look at Jayco when it comes time to get another rig.

You may want to double check the wireless you stated. You stated 4G..my house is equipped with 6G. My MSI Godlike supports 7G
He is talking about 4G LTE, not IEEE 802.11 wireless like you have in your home.

Was there a sale at the blue LED factory? Everything RV to have them and I think they look icky.
