So if A sells an encumbered property to B which is under the possession of C who has an agreement to sell with A and also has full possession of the property after making full payment, ref: Supreme Court of India, Ghanshyam vs Yogendra Rathi of 07/06/2023-Sec.53(A) T.P Act. Will this be a fraud, U/S. 53 also, as both A and B knew of this agreement to sell?

Dear Gaurav. Your videos and presentation skills are no doubt, appreciable. However I would like to give few suggestions to make these videos more audience friendly and those are - 1. The pace of your presentation should be a little bit slower in order to accommodate every audience catch upon the intended content. 2. While you are making a series of videos over a single content viz., the above series of videos on TPA act, every video should possess the video series number on the top right corner of the video in order to understand which video has been surfed by audience and which is left for watching. This will ease out the process of watching any series of videos on single top, as it will be difficult to any one to watch all videos in a single stretch. Hope you understand my contentions.
