Hello, I have a soundcore life p2i bluetooth headset that was working fine, then suddenly the right speaker stopped working, then came back with my head moving, then suddenly it stopped working. What is the solution?

The "guide" shows 5 circles and appears to suggests that if red light, it's less than 10%, if white light, it's between 10-100%... That's not helpful. That's like saying I will rate you 1 star if I feel the product is less than 10% and any other amount of stars means any other percent... Any more granular status indication than that? Does the LED stay lit when fully charged? What is this madness?
I lost the left one & bought a second one but I can't use a new one with old in a same time as my cell see them as two devices in Bluetooth list. Kindly help to solve this issue
