Princess Fawzia marriage with the king of Iran His Imperial Majesty King Mohammad Reza Pahlavi resulted one daughter, Her Imperial Highness Princess Shahnaz Pahlavi who currently lives in Switzerland. HIH Princess Shahnaz inherited all of her mother, Princess Fawzia’s belongings which I am assuming most likely will be passed on to her children.
She was a beautiful woman, according to research, the tiara was likely inherited by her three children following her death in 2013. However, its current whereabouts remain undisclosed, and it has not been publicly displayed or auctioned in recent years.
I agree, Princess Fawzia was unreal. This general region has a lot of beautiful female heads of state incl. Bhutto. There's a vintage Twilight Zone episode about a female movie star who played the Queen of the Nile on film. As it turns out she was a vampire who actually WAS the Queen of the Nile millennia prior. She would court men only to suck out their life force til they turned to dust. Otto von Bismarck once presided over the entire international African colonial system. He was something akin to the King of the Nile. That's because he had been a Pharaoh of Egypt before. He's a vampire who's still alive with a pseudonym. He has also played the Pharaoh of Egypt in movies. He also seduces women to destruction, by making them go insane or commit suicide. And he has a direct descendant who resembled the younger Plain Jane version of Fawsia as an adolescent. Now he looks like the new-and-improved adult version of her.
Frankly Princess Fawsia was not a natural beauty. She was extensively worked-on to transform her into the world's most beautiful woman. Her nose, her lips, her makeup...all of it. However the quality of this work surpassed any other makeover I've ever seen before. It really pays to be a Queen. She probably hired a whole cosmetological task force including someone with a Ph.D. in Mathematical Artistry perfect her exact proportions and ratios.
And Eva Braun? Mmph. Inexcusable. No wonder her boyfriend kept trying to make her off herself. It's kind of splitting hairs but it would've been illegal to outright kill HER. Which doesn't mean he was talentless at making her self-destruct. She lived but not happily ever after. I'll tell ya that much.
I was looking b forward to seeing photos of Princess Fawzia's stunning 2 piece clip brooch. Created by Van Cleef and Arpels in the late 1930's for the weddings between Iran & Egyptian royalty. The two piece clip brooch was created in the shape of two Peony flowers, one open and one drooping; the flowers set with gorgeous rubies with diamond foliage designs. In a recently published book on Jewelry is a photograph of one part of this large clip brooch, the open flower. No work yet if the beautiful drooping ruby set flower survived, or is still somehow in the decendants of the Princess Fawzia. Do you know anything about this ruby & diamond flower clip brooch? I would love to know!
Hi!!! Thanks for highlighting The Peony clip! It is indeed stunning! It was crafted by Van Cleef & Arpels in 1937, is a remarkable piece featuring Mystery Set rubies, oval-cut rubies, and diamonds in platinum and yellow gold. This exquisite jewel was acquired by the Egyptian royal family in 1946 and became part of Princess Faiza’s collection. In February 1950, at Princess Faiza’s request, the clip was sent back to Van Cleef & Arpels’ workshops for repair. That same year, she wore it during a performance at the Royal Opera House in Cairo. Princess Faiza sold the two brooches separately a few years before her death in 1994. Fortunately, one of them now belongs to the Van Cleef & Arpels antique jewellery collection. The fate of the second flower remains a mystery. In 1985, Van Cleef & Arpels acquired one of the Peony clips, which became part of the Maison’s Patrimonial Collection. This piece was later showcased in the first retrospective exhibition dedicated to Van Cleef & Arpels at the Palais Galliera in Paris in 1992. The Peony clip remains a testament to Van Cleef & Arpels’ craftsmanship and the rich history of the Egyptian royal family’s jewelry collection.
