The fact that many think he is telling he can't make his employees work on sunday, but reality is 60% of L&T Construction's employees work on every alternate sunday. Some even work continuosly for 2 or 3 months without a leave on Sunday. They work even on dusshera, deepavali, moharram and what not. They even work on may day litreallly. They expect you to not to shout. And the fun fact is working hours is not 8 hrs its 12 hours of minimum, and ccan even exceed to 14hrs. I still remember my construction managers working from morning 7 to night 12 restlessly and getting screwed for not getting the tasks completed, The main problem is why do you commit to so tight deadlines even though you can't complete. As I know this guy SNS have not taken a holiday in past 7years from the company, not even a single day and expects his employees to do the same, but every one can't be CEO if you promise to make sure they will put extra hours
Throughout the video, I only had one thought going on in my mind. Whats the use of studying so much ? Preparing so hard for exams ? People who are running small local business or doing skill based work are living simpler lives (& in many cases financially decent lives) with focus purely on their business growth.
I will work on Saturday and Sunday but it should be on my personal business or something else which will help me make money outside of the company because company kal bhi mujhe nikal sakta hai aur mujhe chup chap nikalna hoga.
As a fresher after joining my first company, I learnt the whole work in 2 weeks and was able to finish my work in 4-5 hrs sitting dedicatedly , whereas my seniors use to take 12 hrs to do the same work ! The result was I was loaded with more and more work till the time I quit after 2 yrs suffering the toxicity! Cut to 10 yrs later I became a manager and made sure none of my team member was working more than 8 hrs , emphasising on quality and delivery! Learnt it from foreign bosses !
Dada, am in this dilemma since these few days. I have calls from all t1 mba institutes this cycle, but there is absolutely no motivation to prepare for interviews after seeing this work culture. Is it advisable to only target colleges like fms and tiss so that i can pay off my loan in 1year and then freely search for a good culture company? Or do I sacrifice my cat efforts till now and go for government exams?
Dada, can you make a dedicated video around this, and how you deal with it , I really get very nervous regarding this, making me want to prepare for government jobs rather than being slayed in the corporate.

Instead of everyone running towards government jobs. We should instead force the government to implement labour laws. Each year 1 to 2 lakh government jobs are provided but there are still crore of unemployed indians. Preparing for a government job won't end this culture
@@ShubhamMishrabro let's hope government implement this, sometimes I think what even government do for these hard working corporate employees, they take high taxes and also can't even implement good labour laws, for atleast people can have some peace of mind. Let's hope people becoming next CEOs , millennials and genz , will not become like these boomer managers.
@@Student-se2ht still it's better to give your best in upcoming interviews, RBI grade B , will not be easy to crack. Better to have some plan b, kyoki paise to kamane hi padenge , for maintaining our life style.
Loyalty shouldn't be towards corporate unless you get good work life balance, respect , growth and money, I even don't plan to get married or have kids in this economy with high inflation because I don't want to produce minimum wage slaves for companies in future, my generation ends with me and I want to enjoy my life till my time on earth ends, look at south korea and Japan where the birth rate is rapidly falling, they have realised it already and in india also people are slowly opening their eyes

@@Student-se2htif you are selected in rbi grade b you should definitely go for it. Only MBA from BLACKI IIM or FMS is comparable to it.
