- Water cup
- Paper towels or a rag

- Set up your canvas and gather all your materials.
- Make sure you have a clean workspace with good lighting
- Lightly sketch the horizon line and any major elements (e.g., mountains, trees, water) with a pencil.

- *Near the Horizon:* Use deeper oranges, redsand black orange and yellow horizon. Blend the colors together while they are still wet to create a smooth gradient.
- Use a round brush to add clouds. Start with lighter colors like white or light pink, then add highlights and shadows with darker colors.
- Decide if you want mountains, a tree line, or water at the horizon.
