Oh gosh I have like a top 3 but if I had to pick just one I would probably say the Westman Atelier Lit Up Highlight Stick in Nectar. I have textured check bones, for some reason, and oh man this product is amazing. I have the mini and it looks wet, like truly yet, but it doesn't have shimmer particles in it. It's a gel, balm, cream type situation that stays looking wet but it's not sticky and it lasts pretty well. It's just beautiful. 10/10
@@martinakrebs-up4cjJessica loves that bronzer too. I've gotta try that one day. I just have the worst luck with bronzers. They're either too orange, they get everywhere, or I just look weird. But that nars one is on my list of Maybe One Day 😊
TBH.. I’ve been loving my stash more & more. Which I broke last week 😂 … Now I felt 🥰 with the Maybelline Skin Tint ( I Normally wear 355.. I had to go get 338 ) Never in my LIFE BEEN 2 Shades lighter before December 😂😂😂😂
La Roche-Posay tinted sunscreen for sure and weirdly enough I’ve gone back to the Lancôme Génifique serum and my skin is loving it atm.
As cook who goes to work in a very hot kitchen, wear time and longevity is the key selling point to me when I purchase makeup. If it doesn't last longer than an hour or 2, I don't want it.
We need to know your everyday products! If they can last in a hot kitchen I’d def love to know :)
@@polaroidchick46318 I wear the loreal infallible 24 hour powder foundation, or the essence 16 hour powder foundation. Right now I'm using a pore filling primer from Milani. And hard candy long wear mattifying setting spray. 🙂

Milk Makeup literally went from one extreme to the other with their packaging size. I think they should’ve lowered the price since it’s drastically smaller now.
They should have created a midsized variant if they felt their products were too big. It's just ridiculous selling off a mini at that full size price. Shameless.
@@PersianPowergirl 100% agree with you. There is a happy medium between what used to be a mini size and their old full size. Sheesh
But if you compare the amount of product in their new small tube it is actually an average amount compared to other brands! It just gives the illusion that it’s less bc the packaging is so compact. The Makeup by Mario soft sculpt cream bronzers actually contain less product than Milk’a and is more expensive. Just a different perspective!🤗
@@vianeymontagner9749 that’s interesting to know. Yeah I agree that packaging can make it look smaller in terms of product. I’ve seen that before and I’m sure companies do that on purpose to make consumers think they’re getting more than they are. But those Milk Makeup sticks used to be marketed as mini before they got rid of the really big size so in light of that, it would’ve been nice if they had kept the mini price tag instead of transferring the price of the large size to their mini size. I guess the positive is that there is a decent amount of product you’re still getting.
@@vianeymontagner9749 totally agree with you! And the bigger sized ones were actually priced a lot higher at the time (when they had both the full sized and the mini version). And now with inflation, yes the price is higher but it's higher for everything not just for the Milk makeup line!

Wear time is definitely a selling point for me, I work with brides all day. And atleast an 8 hour wear is definitely something I’m looking for ❤️

I do care about wear time. I am very thankful when you mention how long something lasts. Makeup tends to disappear on me, and I have very few chances of retouching it.

I live in Southern California and im loving this rain and cooler weather. Hot weather gets old after a while .
Wear time is very important. I am a drama teacher who leaves for work at 7:15 and usually doesn’t get home till 6 or 7. I don’t have time to reapply during the day.
This is an oldie but a goodie but I recently got the bioderma micellar water and I LOVE it!! So soothing and gentle but amazing at cleansing my skin and removing makeup.
Costco has a GIANT thing of it right now for $12.99 -- total steal. I just picked it up today. Might go back for a second.

Wear time is so, so important for me. I work a full day and I can't have my makeup falling off in the middle of it! My favorite product right now is the Rose Inc cream blush - it's so pretty and subtly dewy looking, but lasts a long time! My all-time favorite longwear lippie is the Covergirl Exhibitionist Ultra Matte lipstick in Gemini. I can't recommend it enough! For fair, cool toned skin it's the perfect slightly deep pink. I would pick it over many liquid lipsticks because it's wear time is so good (about 4-5 hours if you're not eating anything too oily) and it's very hydrating. I pair it with the NYX Slim Lip Pencil in Natural.
I’ve been obsessed with the Tower28 cream blush in the shade Rush Hour. It’s a bright peach but looks soooo pretty on my pale skin . I’ve been skipping foundation lately but just some sunscreen and this blush and mascara makes me feel so put together.

I bought the maybelline brow gel also in soft brown and I love it!! My hair is way darker than Jessica Braun and it works perfectly for me. It does have a lot of pigment but I don’t have an issue with it. After I apply it I go over it with a clean mascara wand and that takes care of it
Wear time is very important! Especially if I consider the price of the product!

The glow wish concealer is so pretty! If you’re looking for a more affordable dupe, Flower Beauty’s “Get Real” Serum Concealer is the exact same thing. I can’t tell a difference between formulas. Even the package and wand are the same. 🎉

I think pink ( or those pink tones) look great on you, including the shirt with the sage green sweater/ jacket. Looks really good.
I’ve really been loving the Tower 28 BeachPlease lip & cheek cream in the colour office hours and the Shineon lip jelly from them too. The cheek colour is very pigmented so a little goes a long way but it blends beautifully and looks good every time. The lip jelly is really nice too. Pigmented enough you can wear on its own or on top of something else. Lots of shine snd not sticky.
I love the GXVE beauty 24 hr gel pencil liner ( called line it up) in settle brown. Stays in the water line doesn’t transfer and you don’t need a lot of it ….very pigmented. It’s my go to right now. Also if you love the Fenty drops, you might love the Rituel de Fille 3 drop serum foundation. Only three drops covers my whole face and has a beautiful finish….very skin like with medium coverage. 🥰

My favorite product currently that im loving is the Natasha Denona concealer. Wow! I’m shocked how often I reach for it. I didn’t think I would find such a good concealer.

Aveeno daily moisturizing body oil mist. I've been loving that the scent is quite strong at first but you don't smell it for the rest of the day so it does dissipate. Hi GG❤❤
My holy grail product is still the L’Oreal True Match Hyaluronic Tinted Serum as my foundation. It’s SO lovely for dry, sensitive skin like mine!
Currently obsessed with the NYX Epic Smoke Liner in Mauve Grit. I haven't seen ANYONE tall about these but they're amazing and I love using this color all over my lid! It lasted through an emergency c-section with my daughter 😂
Wear time was a much bigger deal to me when I was doing a 9 to 5. I needed a minimum of 8 hr wear time.
Now that I work at home, I’m happy with 4-6 hours.
I am currently obsessed with the powder highlighter from GXVE Beauty in "Homegrown Glow". I wear hardly any makeup as a SAHM, but that highlighter is something I look forward to applying.
Reminds me of the old mark makeup square pan highlighter back from like 2008
I bought that Hero SPF after seeing how beautiful it looked on your skin in the dupes video. I loveee itttt. My new favorite mineral sunscreen right now. It dries down lovely, the glow is really nice, and it doesn’t cause acne. Such a win!
My IT product is definitely the Nars afterglow lip balm ❤ it is just the perfect tint, glow, luxurious hydrating feel. The rest of my makeup is drugstore but that one has a hold on me! I don’t ever want to be without it!
I am really loving the Shiseido synchro skin tint for summer.
Love this Jess! My favorite product right now is the Revolution Bright Light Highlighter in Divine Dark Pink 🥰 I use it as a blush and it could not be prettier!
I have the bronze 6 pan mac palette and I like it for go-to neutral everyday for my corporate job. Its not super punchy, but an effortless palette. Plus I love the outer packaging

Favorite product right now is the Revolution cream bronzer in medium. It makes me look like ive just got back if vacation everytime i use it. Sooooo easy to apply and blend. Also i have a different CG yummy gloss in every bag. Can't get enuff!
The best part of the video was seeing GG. What a cutie pie! As a kindergarten and first grade Montessori teacher who starts school w/ the kiddos tomorrow, I am very excited about children in this age group. I know you taught in the past, but starting kindergarten is completely different from a parent’s perspective. Enjoy every minute of it…it goes by way too fast 💕💕💕
I was so concerned with the wear time of my makeup when I was younger. Now I’m almost 30 and it doesn’t really bother me anymore, I care more about how the makeup look when it fades. If I’ve had my makeup on for the whole day and I’m going out, I just look in the mirror and do a quick touch up if I feel it’s necessary 😊
Yes, wear time is sooo important. If an eyeshadow creases over 11hrs it's not in my collection. I expect my foundation and everything to hold up the same. Yes, high expectations but there's stuff out there that can handle long days in winter or summer.

I loved the new Mac palette. I use mine for work (conservative office job). They are subtle and great for older eyelids. The shimmers are smoothing. Some shimmers are more impactful than others.... but they remind me more of satin shades, which is okay with me. Not everything has to be punchy, and it's nice to have an effortless palette. Also, I have adept and devinah for the weekends 😂
I have the neutral large palette and the small one with pink.
I'm only 27 but my eyelids are very creasy and subtle shimmers and satins are definitely the way to go if I want something that isn't matte but that is flattering and that doesn't crease much. A lot of brands are trying to avoid that, though, and and are aiming for more intense textures. I think I might need to try one of these new MAC palettes.
Same! I need to look polished and life some effort was made so these types of shadow work well for office jobs. Punchy shimmers end up looking too much sometimes when you’re trying to be professional…

I am absolutely in love with Hero Cosmetics Force Shield Superbeam Sunscreen!! I have a hate/hate with most sunscreens…they either burn my eyes or make my face feel heavy but this is is so light and dries down so quickly and is mineral! Normally I hate any glowy products but this is so subtle it is amazing!

I agree with you over the west time. I’m home with my daughter and so I don’t really care as much. I typically touch up my cheek products as the day goes on. The only thing I care about is my base makeup. That needs to last most of the day and wear off nicely because I am not doing all that again 😅
Favorite product to use is setting spray. It just melts everything together. I have a few I like. It's just a matter of which spray works best with the base and powder I use on a given day.

I’ve been liking the Milani all inclusive eye,cheek & Face Palette 110 light to medium. It says the shade on the side. It has two blush, three eyeshadows, a bronzer and a highlighter. One of the blush is highlighter blush. I also add the highlighter in the middle of eyelid to give it something more. It is a good palette to travel with. The eyeshadows are browns and pinks which are my favorites.
Hi Jessica - my favorite product right now is the Essence Pure Nude Baked Blush in Goldy Cassis....BUT I'm using it as an eyeshadow over the entire lid! Loving it! ❤ Love your videos!
#1 fave product for summer right now is the chantecaille tinted spf, love love love. Also really random but the Revlon Colorstay Longwear Lip Liner - applies beautifully, not drying but lasts all day. I love it in the shade Mink

My #1 product right now is the Natasha Denona Hy Glam concealer. I have tried tons of concealers but this one works the best under my dry eyes.
My it product of the moment is the onesize powder foundation. I was so surprised to love it. It's one of the few I can wear on its own and it looks so skin like without settling into my lines.

Fave of the moment is any of the Made By Mitchell Blurshes (liquid blush). Such a gorgeous formula. Super buildable so you can have a tiny flush or full on blush party. And the shades are so so good. Obsessed ❤

I tried Dose of Colors lip gloss years ago based on your recommendation,
and it is still my favorite opaque lip gloss! They did recently update the packaging from white to black.
My fave product now is Merit blush in Beverly Hills. Perfect shade, dewy finish. So pretty.

I’m so glad you love the gently eaze skin tint! It’s my favorite. I’ve been using it now for like a year and a half and it’s my go to! I haven’t heard many people talking about it. Also for that MAC palette, I think Gaga glitz is suppose to be a dazzle shadow so it’s suppose to be chunky and used as a topper

I think wear time has bothered me less bc I haven’t been wearing as heavy of makeup, so when it wears away it’s not as noticeable!
Also I’ve never been able to find my everyday perfect lippy until you mentioned the makeup forever where ever walnut lip liner in a recent video. decided to pick it up and it has been my fave step in my makeup routine now! I pair it with the fenty beauty lip gloss balm in latte lips! Thanks for the rec!
I’m obsessed with the it cosmetics bye bye foundation oil free matte (not the cc cream) I mixed it with tarts shape tape and then I use nars concealer!!

One small thing I have been using nonstop is the new Essence Soft Touch eyeshadow single in champagne. It is a perfect light shimmer for the corner of your eye and to brighten up any look and unlike the MAC ones you mentioned this one is really great and only $2!!!! I bought 3 so I can have one at home, in my purse and at work for touch ups if needed. Highly recommend!
I grew up going to Hershey, not the park but the chocolate factory which I still love - the abundant smell of chocolate and the ride that explains how chocolate is made (that I went on so many times I know the song from it by heart) are memories I will lover forever- definitely recommend stopping there if you are ever passing through again!

My #1 product love right now is the Natasha Denona High Glam Concealer. The coverage, IMO, is the best hands down.
I was in a super grouchy mood, and seeing your video cheered me right up. I taught school for 13 years and agree about having to repeat and be ultra thorough when speaking, so it seemed totally normal to me. I loved the color combo of your berry colored makeup and shirt. Your bun was perfect as well. Have you considered trying either The new Tula concealer or Tower 28 concealer. I would love to hear your thoughts. Have a lovely week.
I would also like to see the Tower 28 concealer on your channel, I've seen a few people recommend it so far and wonder how it would compare to the Tarte!
My current favorite products are the summer fridays skin tint and the nyx zero to brow gel 🙌🏼
I discovered the Fenty Eaze Drops this summer, too (also shade 4)! I love how it dries down and it's quite blurring! My other favorites have been from Natasha Denona. I love her concealer (RN3) and the new Starlette palette.
My one constant never fail product is Lancome Definicils mascara. Never ever smudges or flakes and is pretty water resistant (will last through watery eyes). Absolutely holy grail. Can layer over other mascaras or their Cils booster if you need more volume but if you layer it gives pretty good volume on its own and always great length! Best alternative I have found is Maybelline Sky High, also doesn’t smudge or flake on me. I have tried most mascaras at all price points and these are the two that I have found if you have these issues as well!
I grew up near the NY border and our school fields trips were always to the Corning Glass factory. I don't remember exactly how they make glass but we could watch them hand blow vases. I remember one Christmas we toured the facility and they had intricate gingerbread houses on display from a competition. Not made of glass but I'll remember it forever.
