    • @teddy.d174
      @teddy.d174 5 месяцев назад +1

      @@Steger13 Personally I think it’s just natural aging, especially given her stance on cosmetic surgery and/or procedures. That being said, one never knows what celebrities do outside of seeing them, on the tv/movie screen but I’d still be shocked to hear that she underwent any type of cosmetic procedure. Also something to consider, is the fact that people age differently and may start to look unfamiliar to people who haven’t seen them for a while. Have you continued to watch her entire career? Or did you watch her when she was young and recently started watching her again? I’m just curious as to why she appears different to you.

      I love this series too. It's my favorite paranormal show still to this day. I hope it gets another reboot it definitely deserves it. I mean Winx is getting a new reboot and I never thought I'd see that happen especially since not a lot of people where I am in my city don't seem to recognize it much unless you talk about the live action flop Fate which had so much potential so I'm still holding out hope Ghost Whisperer will come back. Also to those who liked Fate Winx I mean no disrespect if you like it, I think it could have been a lot better in my own opinion and maybe it's because I held the cartoon so dearly for so many years but it's really the respect for the producers and actors and actresses that I really give credit to and the way they mixed a star wars like world with that of the magical one with both technology and magic. I think Fate just could have been better, I literally didn't mind the changes on the lost magic and the burned ones I think that was such a cool idea and could have also frankly been better though. I just have respect for the original and wish it some love since it is basing it off of Iginio Straffi's cartoon. There actually is technically a bit in the cartoon series where the Winx lose their magic except for bloom so she shares her dragon fire power with each other her friends to give them back their powers and much more. It's kind of the same I feel about Charmed 3rd season last episode, originally their were two parts to the end explaining why Prue could not be revived something about fate and time and it was very well done it hit so many twists and turns and I was glad I found a bootleg version of it on RUclips once before they took that down as well. This is why I am now collecting the Charmed books too, also the books continue after the series and let's just say we end up with four Charmed ones before the kids stories continue, I don't want to spoil it as I spoiled it for myself but let's just say it gets crazy. Anyways sorry for my nerd talk. Also if Jennifer ever sees this I really hope you push them producers to spit out a reboot, tye creators were spectacular and so were the characters.

    Jennifer, speaking as someone who didn't start on an undergrad degree until I was almost 27, who took TEN YEARS to finish that degree and who is now doing a Master's degree...you are NEVER too old to go to college. If you want to, GO. It's not for kids. It's an institution of learning for SPECIFICALLY adults - of any age. So, if you want to, do it, do it now, and don't WAIT on it or you'll psych yourself out of it. Yeah, I mean, it's a little weird for me that I'm 10 or 15 years older than most my Master's program but you know what? NOBODY is guaranteed tomorrow. Nobody. Someone could be 22 years old, and they THINK they're much less into their life than the 42 year old next to them, but that 22 year old could, in the next 5 years, get cancer, hit by a car, or any number of things, and they die at, say, 27, with a Master's degree and a couple years of experience in the workplace. MEANWHILE the 42 year old who is starting a Masters, THEY could live to 90, 95 years old and no RETIRE from their field until their 80s - which MEANS that 42 year old by 44 has a Master's and starts working in a new field, and they can KEEP working while pursuing their PhD. SO, end of the day, 42 year old gets a 40 year long career in a field they love, 22 year old who THOUGHT they had all the time in the world is dead 5 years later. These things happen. So, don't worry about going back to school at ANY age. It's about setting goals and LEARNING. There's zero age limit on that.

I have seen about everything she has been in she is amazing and so down to earth and so beautiful. I do the same thing with Halloween and Christmas decorations and my kids party mostly when they were little. Loved that Jennifer is doing something she loves to do. holiday junkie sounds interesting love it! I can’t wait to see what she has coming out. My kids use to call me a holiday junkie, I would always go overboard when it came to decorating. I love what other people come up with when it comes to decorating and love costumes that the imagination and Art of people come up with at the comic cons. Loved the topic about aging and agree everyone ages differently, I think people shouldn’t judge about aging or sizes, each person unique in many special ways.I learned so much about Jennifer over the years that she has been on Michael’s podcast hope you bring her back on. Can’t wait for Jennifer’s book to come out and I think it awesome that your doing a children’s book Michael, can’t wait when it’s releases. I will definitely pick up the book for my grandchildren’s. JLH is a wonderful person. I liked her on Ghost Whisperer and it seems to me now, she played the character so as she is in real life. About aging, it is hard to hear you are reduced on one time in your life. We all growing up and we all getting older, but I am saying we all getting wiser! I remember one line Lex said to Lana in a scene: A person is not the person as it be on the last conversation you have had or on one moment. It is the person she always was over the time you know her. - This includes for me we all changes (and getting older) to become the girl/guy that we are now today. We all have to accept this. Great interview!! JLH is awesome! When it comes to the whole aging thing; I think people need to learn to appreciate the beauty of growth and change, because that + taking care of yourselves can transform people into their best selves. I mean some of my biggest crushes (Marisha Tomei, Ming-Na Wen, Eva Mendes, Jennifer Love Hewitt, etc.) are older women, but they are some of the most gorgeous + talented humans I've ever seen in my life. And in JLH's case she doesn't look like she's aged a day imo, she was gorgeous 20 years ago and she's gorgeous now maybe even more so now.

    In my youth, Little House on the Prairie always had one scene per episode where I would tear up. Them as a got older, I got harder and no more tears. Then Ghost Whisperers came on the air, and it had that same formula. One cry session per episode, at that time my ego would only allow me to watch it when I was home alone. I'm all past that now, and my kids always turn around at certain spots of the episode to catch me tearing up.

    Teaching your kids to do what they really want to do, not what other people expects you to do, is one of the greatest lessons you will ever teach your kids.
    Because not only will it make them way happier individuals, it will also force them to reflect on who they really are eventually and that creates a strong mind and builds confidence like noting else.
    The layered effect of that one lesson is almost unquantifiable.

    I remember when JLH was on Sister Act 2 and Can't Hardly Wait, and saw her later in Ghost Whisperer, although I can't remember if I ever finished that series. As I'm nearing my 40s, I'm learning so much about myself and even rediscovering old hobbies. Tyler Hilton covered 'Missing you' in OTH.

    There are a few celebrities that seem really down to earth and I would love to meet. One of them is Jennifer Love Hewitt. I liked her since Sister Act 2. I liked her in Criminal Minds and wished she stayed. Not just because it's his show but Michael Rosenbaum. Lex seems unapproachable but Michael does and it always seems that the "bad guy" seems to be the nicest guy. Zachary Levi is another one. Tom Welling seems to be hit or miss but I wouldn't mind meeting him either. This was a great episode. Thanks for another one Michael.

    I love Jennifer! I’ve watched every show she has been in. Ghost Whisperer was my favorite, I loved her role on Criminal Minds, The Client List (where she met her husband) and my current obsession is her role as Maddie on 9-1-1! Her real life husband portrayed her abusive husband Doug on the show. Their scenes together were so intense but amazingly acted. It’s a great show and I highly recommend it. Maddie and Chimney are the best. ❤
    She’s so talented. She has a lovely singing voice as well!

First time I'd thought about her in years it feels. What are the odds that a different video would remind me of her a day before this video came out?
