Fluffy sour cherry sponge cake | Sponge cake with fruit

A delicious and fluffy sponge cake with sour cherries. You can use any fruit, including cherries, strawberries, blueberries.
- Ingredients
400g sour cherries without pits
5 large eggs
200g sugar
350g flour
120ml vegetable oil
120g yogurt
1tsp baking powder
½tsp bicarbonate of soda
1 lemon
3 tbsp cold water
A pinch of salt
