FYI.. If you are not familiar with Dubai, it is mostly reclamated areas and a Filipino Engineer was one of the heads of building Dubai into how it is now. And currently, that Engr has been commissioned by the current gov't to do exactly what he has done in the middle East. So don't worry
FYI.. Coconut Palace was built during the time of Pres. Marcos Sr. The father of current Pres. During the 70 s and the 80s, it was where the first couple would hold dinners for the foreign dignitaries who visit the Philippines and its main purpose was to show them the cultures of the Philippines.

Metro Manila would probably add additional 100+ sq. km land area as for different Land reclamation take place. the reclamation is another huge mega Project to rise in the Philippine Capital Region for a means of its Urban Expansion which Pasay Harbour, SM City , Solar City Manila, Horizon Manila, Water front City, Navotas Costal bay, New Manila Int'Airport to name the Few. these future CBDs and township will host additional and more advance, well developed, well designed and smart CBDs that homes with Lifestyle districts, Tourism, Business and sports. also it houses with Tall and Modern iconic Skyscrapers since its already off in restriction of height that rise to the horizon of Manila Bay. 8-10 years from now MANILA would be more Stunning and one of the advance Modern Capital in the Planet.
