This video introduces an original artistic effect that might appeal to many. I especially like to point out the following:
1. The use of Lens Blur at 2:40-3:10 and then again at 8:24 to create a blurry, blue neon effect.
2. The Oct 14, 2020 video of the same author titled "How to Create NEON LIGHTS in SNAPSEED." It creates a different neon effect, which may interest many viewers.

Bt on mob, how do u manage any brush or any eraser tool to this perfection? When I do that, I hv to do with my fingure, which ultimately comes out to under or over doing all the edits.

Thanks! Even I edit on mobile with fingers. The trick is to zoom in as much as possible while brushing, better works with higher resolution photos as you have more area to zoom. Takes a bit of time to get used to I guess.

Unless you are going to brighten the image a lot, I don't think it will affect the quality much.

ive put a lighning effect that is going in the background behind me but my hair and underwear is so dark at some point in the video the lighning goes over my hair how do i fix that?
Might try masking out the lightning on the hair.
