We are in Park City, Utah and this happened last night...VIDEO...
High drama last night at Palm Roc - The Movie Colony - Palm Springs...
2/27/2024 - Tuesday - 3:30 AM
• Motion sensor Zone 12 (Bungalow) went off last night at 2:45 AM, and Palm Springs police showed up and went around the property.
• I commend them for that, but it was at 3:30 AM, so I suppose it wasn't super timely, but since it was a false alarm, I am sheepishly thanking them for their service.
• But we are going to get a bill for this, though I'm not sure which false alarm they are considering this to be, since we had one where the door blew open and Bryan Ebensteiner checked it out, one panic alarm, which was while locking the door, I set off and couldn't stop it in time to keep ADT Monitored Alarms from calling the police, and now this one, so this might be the second or it might be the third or maybe they're gonna let me slide a little.
• Naturally, it took me all morning to go through the videos since we have about 25 cameras...
• Any burglar alarm which causes
more than eight false alarms, may be declared a nuisance, and will be subject to revocation of permit.
