It’s not like here in the US where we can call animal welfare who’ll do something about his cruel behaviour. I used to live in the ghetto and helped a few people get their dogs off the chain and even walk them.

I do private rescue, so not the scale she does. Too expensive.
However, I would def keep an eye out for more there. And try to help. Clean bedding, bowls, collar, bones & try to walk it around the junkyard, to get it some exercise when I could.

Exactly. The dog didn't look like he had food, just a dirty bowl for a dog the size of a full grown shepherd or an animal that size. That's why I love dogs. They're better than a lot of ppl. If they're not, it's probably bcs someone trained them that way. Chances are he'll probably do it again with another dog.

From the outside state of the caravan it doesnt seem as if the man has much better accommodation, even if it is just during the day time.

Do they bark all the time? No, only in specific moments.
Do they move the tail all the time? No.
Do they lick the face all the time? No.
There are no coincidences in their timed actions, cause timing is all they have got to understand each other.
If you ever live with a pet you will start to predict with extreme precision their actions, when they will lick your face and when they won't. Gratitude and friendship shown by licking after they receive a favor is a certainity even among animals, no human involved.

A lot of times when they are intent on raising or keeping a dog for guarding purposes it involves a bit of abuse like neglect, rough treatment and sometimes purposely starving them to try to turn them more AGGRESSIVE.
They don't deserve to have their property " guarded ".

If they were THAT concerned about the property, which looked like an abandoned junk car lot, they could've put up a fence. That crap wasn't worth Saving and if someone actually wanted to get in, they'd just shoot the dog and go on.

I cannot watch this without tears. I adopted my beautiful dog from Bulgaria. A stray dog with puppy’s begging for food. She came to me, this skinny underfed dog, who urinated out of anxiety 5 months ago. The best food, extra vitamines and lots of love let her grew into an beautiful swan. Just like this puppy.

What is the deal with guard dogs? Get motion lights or close a gate after a certain time or there are many other security options, but a puppy!? He'd lick a bad guy. I'm so glad that they both found loving homes. Nice ladies.
I completely agree with u. My medical service dog is so awesome, but I also have 2 other dogs. They live inside with us (as all pets should) but they also bark if someone pulls up. And my Shepherd actually took down my abuser and saved my life.
Burglars will always say they avoid houses with dogs. But that doesn’t mean that they should be left outside by any means. They can go out into the fenced in yard thru the doggie door as much as they want during the day. But about 6pm-6am we lock the door so they stay inside. Pets aren’t lawn ornaments and shouldn’t be treated as such.
It’s also been proven that a well cared for dog and loved, will protect its human and home because it loves u. Negative training always ends badly.

@@guardiansanimalrescuestate7289 funnily enough the few burglars I have met told me that they always got on well with dogs. Plus i had 3 large dogs who preferred being outside in their big roomy kennel. They were healthier as well. Shiny coats etc. As they got older they moved back inside. My current dogs prefer to be outside in cooler weather. My door is permanently open so they can choose. Where I live summers are hot so they are inside with me in the cool.
He is on a chain anyway so even if a “bad” guy came along he couldn’t do anything anyway.

@@thulekovish8188 I think that he ( she ?) meant that that guard was used to do nothing...the job of guarding was his, but he rather would use the time to linger, drink and smoke...while a tiny puppy was supposed to do his job.But maybe I'm wrong. Thats what I thought though, seeing this video. I'm so so happy for the little one. So sweet and lucky in the end.
Makes you wonder how the other dog died!This pup would have grown up there, with a life of neglect, loneliness, and then probably abandoned somewhere, thank God they got him in time! I hope they keep a check on them,so they don't get another dog,wouldn't be surprised.
