Cention N offers tooth-coloured esthetics together with high flexural strength.
The patented alkaline filler increases the release of hydroxide ions to regulate the pH value during acid attacks. As a result, demineralization can be prevented.
Moreover, the release of large numbers of fluoride and calcium ions forms a sound basis for the remineralization of dental enamel.
The initiator system enables good chemical self-curing.
Ya una vez ivoclar nos anuncio la famosa amalgama blanca y fue retirada del mercado, con este Cention N, que estudios retrospectivos se tienen que nos garanticen estabilidad en el tiempo.
Muy buen trabajo doctora
Do you have any plans to make capsules? I want capsule types like RIVA GI.
Que tiempo de duracion tiene el material este?? Es igual a la amalgama??
What is the name of condenser instrument u used to pack the material in to the cavity?
Should we use lightcure
do we need any lining under centoin N?
no lining is required sir
What is the name of this material used? Is a type of composite
cention n
i have been using Cention for a while. The problem i face with Cention is that, its very difficult to condense the cement into the cavity. Im afraid this may affect its strength. Somebody who have experienced this, pls do reply.
PRACHOD KRSHNAN Sir use a bonding agent applicator tip to vibrate the mix into the cavity.
I faced same problem.... Even with applicator tip material cannot be condensed properly leaving voids...... In my opinion it's not a good Restorative material
Can this material light cured?
no need to condense... change your mixing method.. reduce the thickness it means somewhat watery.. then apply with a probe into the cavity... stir well with the probe until material adhere to the cavity walls. don't condense... then apply the light... try and reply me whether is it o. k.????
Use the liquid as modelling liquid..... coat the instrument slightly with the cention liquid
I don't find Cention very good,i doubt its adhesion with the tooth interface.
