This video appear to be an incomplete installation, the bottom strike was not installed in the floor. The installer did not appear to be confident in his work either. I didn't see a square used to Mark any points for cutting, Just freehand work. I could have done a better job than that after 40 years of installations... Greg

If you look at the end of vid you can see the strike mounted on the floor.
