I experience numbness on my arms, shoulder, back, butt and legs on whichever side I lay on. With my current 8 inch foam mattress I just sink almost down to the wooden base. I can't sit in bed or lay on my back without my back and butt going numb.
What kind of spring or hybrid mattress offers the best support to prevent sinking too far, but still soft enough to not add more pressure causing numbness?
